We stayed here as part of a bigger group. The b&b rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Good selection of refreshments in the room including bottled water. The food was excellent. We had an evening meal which was all freshly cooked and delicious. Large portions and lots of fresh vegetables. We also ordered some sandwiches to have when we returned... More

Loved our visit to the Usk, lovely staff and great food, would highly recommend a visit to this great village pub and the honeycomb Sundae. The premises are always tidy and the staff go out of there way to make sure everything is perfect. Thanks again Usk and Railway

We had a one night stay here, the hotel rooms are in a separate building adjoining the pub, very clean and functional - all the facilities you would expect for a good price. The pub provides breakfast which was superb. Incredibly friendly owners who work all the hours god sends but are cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast... More

We stayed at the Usk and Railway Inn for 2 nights and ate there both evenings. It was a lovely cosy b&b with a comfortable and clean room. The pub and food were great - large portions! The owners were chatty and gave us suggestions of places to visit, such as Pen y fan and the ancient local Yew tree.... More

I have been visiting this establishment for the past year and love it! Great food I highly recommend the Tarragon chicken, but you won't be disappointed with any meal! Always a couple of great real ales on aswell to wash it down. Lovely friendly owners too! If I lived closer I would be there every day 😊

Called in at 1:45 on a Sunday afternoon, desperate to find somewhere for lunch. We were told what was available for a roast dinner - only pork and beef - which was ideal. We were made to feel very welcome and served within ten minutes of our order being taken, even though there was a large party being catered for.... More

We stayed at this small but very friendly Inn with another couple and found it a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were as good as any big name hotels we stayed in and all staff we encountered were very friendly with nothing too much trouble. We also ate there and with four of us having different meals none found fault.... More
