This is a premier Premier Inn in a non-premier environment unless you like looking over a 24/7 MacD. The restaurant food is 'orrible - disaster chef. The drink prices in happy 2 hours are ace. There is plenty of parking, a nearby bowling alley \ bingo hall \ cinema and other eateries which are as awful as this hotel -...

3rd visit here and this is the best premier inn we have been to. We come here as a good base before travelling to ebbsfleet international . Check in easy , clean, helpful staff. Can't comment on evening meal as ate at waters edge over the road but breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful especially Janine? Who checked...

It's a Premier Inn. It is spotlessly clean. The staff are very accommodating. The room was fine, though maybe rather smaller than I am used to at "Premiers". Cheap bar. Good restaurant. Full of Welsh, which was brilliant because I am too. Warm. This one is on a retail park, so that's a caution, though the view over Medway is...

Stayed in as part of a group with a large age range, and various disabilites, including people in wheelchairs.Facilities were excellent. Excellent rooms, spacious and numerous disabled parking bays - but the staff were even better. For a team with such a young age profile, I couldn't fault them. Absolutely spot on. I will certainly go back there.

Room was clean, as was bathroom. Had a room at the back overlooking the railway but managed to sleep with the window open (room was too hot!). Bar and restaurant staff were most welcoming, and special thanks go to Kieran, Janine and Scott who treated us with the utmost respect but also like friends, and made our stay so memorable.

Normal room with double bed and ensuite, friendly staff always looking to help. The location is great, there is a bowling alley, a cinema and a few restaurants within walking distance. Only downside was that our room didn't have any sort of chair or sofa and smelt of paint.
