Helios Luxury Suites is located 10 minutes north of the See of Galilee, in quiet neighborhood surrounded by rolling hills and mountains. The complex is composed of 4 yurts separated by gardens. Each yurt has a private deck and outdoor jacuzzi connected by pathways leading to a fully equipped shared kitchen (stone BBQ grill, gas stove and oven), outdoor seating, pingpong & fuse-ball tables, and a large heated pool. Each suite has a giant Emperor size bed and a couch that can fold out into a bed for additional sleeping space. The yurts are equipped with wood floors, natural cloth and wooden walls, and stone tiles in the double shower. The complex is located just a few minutes' drive from Capernaum, Tabgha, the Mount of Beatitudes, the Golan Heights, and about 30 minutes from the Yardenit Baptismal site on the Jordan River. We offer professional guiding services and tours to local sites.

We arrived at the property at the agreed time. The owner/manager was not there. We waited, we knocked on his door, we called the phone number, we walked around looking for anyone to help us, and finally realizing we made a mistake in our choice and concerned to find someplace to stay for the night we left. The owner argued that we did not wait long enough, that we should have called twice, that we should come back an hour after we left to find other lodging for the night and acted like it was our fault. I disputed the charge multiple times with Booking.com and finally no one would do anything. The owner claims even though he was not there to receive us, not was anyone, we still had to pay. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AS THE OWNER IS NOT HONEST OR REASONABLE.

התארחנו בבית של הליוס, וזכינו לחוויה נהדרת! המקום יפה ונקי, מאובזר היטב ועינב היה מארח מקסים! בנוסף, המיקום נהדר - ליד הכנרת, 10 דקות נסיעה מנחל ובריכת המשושים - טיול מומלץ מאוד אם אתם ישנים באחת מהסוויטות של עינב. מומלץ ביותר! We had the best experience! beautiful and clean room, great facilities and Enav was very welcoming and helpful! also the location of the suite is only 10 minutes away from the hexagons pool - a beautiful place to visit! highly recommended!

I arrived with my sister, Einav the owner greeted us with a smile, showed us firs the room and then the hole place, explained all the facilities the have, all is useable. All you need for relaxing vacation. We highly recommend and Einav is the best.

Very recommended place amazing unit with a very large bed.. all clean and tidy. Enav was super nice & kind.. Heated outdoor pool...with all u need for BBQ. Will be back again!!..yaw.. and the location is amazing.. Near sea of Galilee. And other historical places

What a pity!!! We recently spent a 3-day 4-family holiday at "HeliosHouse" in Had Nes in the Golan Heights. The accommodation is advertised as "exclusive suites"… The facilities were pleasant – 4 jurts with enough space for adults and kids, a Jacuzzi next to each family unit, a swimming pool that kept 11 kids happy and active, an outdoor kitchen and eating area. Sounds good, doesn't it??? BUT – such a disappointment because the maintenance and upkeep were really sloppy and unprofessional. The motor of one of the Jacuzzis had burned out, there was no hot water in the showers until we talked to the owner who then switched on the gas heater, some of the sheets were dirty (changed when we mentioned this, but still), and the refrigerator in the outdoor kitchen stopped cooling, and consequently we had to throw away a lot of meat we had planned to barbecue there. When we told the owner, he simply said that the fridge wasn't up to cooling in the summer!!! And he wouldn’t consider compensating us for the spoiled food or the other annoying issues. I'm sure he made a large initial investment in the place. Such a shame that he isn't making the same investment in the upkeep. We paid a lot, and came away disappointed. Brenda כמה חבל!!! בילינו חופשה משפחתית (ארבע משפחות) של 3 ימים לאחרונה ב"הבית של הליוס" בחד נס ברמת הגולן. המגורים פורסמו כ"סוויטות יוקרה"...המתקנים היו נחמדים - 4 יורטים גדולים מספיק להורים וילדים, ג'קוזי ליד כל חדר, בריכה שהעסיקה 11 ילדים, ומטבחוץ ומקום לאכול. נשמע טוב, לא??? אבל... איזו אכזבה, כי התחזוקה היתה ממש מרושלת ולא מקצועית. המנוע של ג'קוזי אחד נשרף, לא היו מים חמים במקלחות עד שבעל המקום הדליק את הגז, חלק מהסדינים היו מלוכלכים, והמקרר במטבחוץ פשוט לא קירר, ונאלצנו לזרוק המון בשר שתכננו להכין שם... כשסיפרנו לבעל הבית, הוא אמר שהמקרר לא עומד בתנאי הקיץ (!!!) , וסירב לפצות אותנו על הבזבוז של האוכל שהתקלקל ועל עגמת הנפש. אני בטוחה שהוא השקיע הרבה להקים את המקום. כמה חבל שלא משקיע גם בתחזוקה שוטפת. שילמנו הרבה, ותאכזבנו. ברנדה…

This place is a paradise. For couples as well as for families. Relaxing after a long week or just having fun. The jacuzzi and the pool are amazing. The jurts are incredibly awesome. The nature around invites you to discover the holy places in Israel near the sea of Galilee. The Jordan park is only 800 meters.
