Will go again, but this is now so popular that it is difficult to get a booking. The location is rural and very quiet, Nice garden. Landlady could not be a nicer person. There is a Breakfast living room, which one can use most of the time.

The bedroom was tranquil and the attendant bathroom immaculate. We enjoyed our breakfast and what a delightful change from the "steaming" buffet variety adopted by many...

I was attending a nearby beginners blacksmith course a couple of villages over, and stayed at Rose cottage for 3 days. The Hostess, Anne, was welcoming on my arrival, and throughout my stay she was really lovely and friendly, and was very attentive without being at all invasive or overbearing. The room was a good size, with a nice modern...
