The hotel has lost its lustre of early 2000 but still remains a great hotel. Conference rooms still look intact while the grounds remain well maintained. Service from staff still remains top notch and revellers continue to frequent the casino.

Definitely One Star... Rundown... Everything needs renovation. Casino. Good location & surroundings. Good place to visit during hot weather. Good views driving on the way. Food as not bad but not fresh. Very cold in winter. 9 holes golf course nearby. Good fishing areas nearby.

The Hotel Montclair has seen better times, but is still the best in town as there isn't much going on in Juliasdale. However, the scenery is worth the trip and the national park close to Nyanga town still has zebras and probably other wildlife. The weather in July doesn't attract masses - it was near freezing in the evenings/nights as...

The hotel is rated as 4 star but in my opinion its a 1 star. It used to be a nice classy hotel but the standards have gone down. Customer Service was great, the staff try to make the most of it but the hotel rooms are old and shabby. The carpets are awful and the hotel is in serious...

Montclair Casino Hotel looks classy and inviting even as you pass by the main road with its front stony architecture. Though i did not sleep over at the hotel i had a nice feel its atmosphere and ambiance just with the 30 min I toured. The hotel is located on the roadside along rusape nyanga road making it a perfect...

Montclair Casino Hotel is tucked in one of the most scenic environment in the eastern highlands of Zimbabwe. The hotel was greatly affected during the hyper-inflation era and was reduced close to nothing. From the last time i stayed at the hotel, there is massive improvement on the ground. The rooms are clean, equipped with electric blankets to counter the...

Montclair has greatly improved, rooms are neat and clean. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The staff won me over. There was a musical concert, with a huge crowd, but the waiters and waitresses kept up. Breakfast buffet a little bland, food lukewarm, not hot. So I would advice to steer clear of buffets and order a la carte....

The hotel has so much potential but is failing to capitalise on its scenery and provide a lively atmosphere. Navigation through the hotel is tricky and finding your way needs great assistance. The Casino offers more games than other hotels in the district. Its for the quiet folk!
