Normal ibis hotel close to the expo. Good wifi. Good bed. Quit. A bit basic but oke. Price is reasonable. Parking is 10 euro. Breakfast is overpriced at 15 euro. Closr to the highway. Nice restaurant close.

A Ibis is a Ibis. 5 star customer service. A nice and tasteful breakfast buffet. It's the company's prefered hotel. Close to my office. Next time I come to Brussels I'll stay here for sure. The prices are ok.

I have been staying here one night on a business trip. Staff were friendly and proficient, good English spoken. Room was comfortable and clean. Wifi is free with good connection. Breakfast with lots of choices (included in my special rate). Public transport close by. 10 min to railway station BR Nord. The area is not so nice but the price/value...

The front desk staff were friendly and helped when I asked for the use of an iron. Each floor has an iron and board in the lobby beside the elevator. The rooms are very basic with tv and radio but no other added facilities. There is no carpeting in the bedrooms, so it was possible to hear people moving about...

I had issues with cash for my taxi and approached the front desk just to assist me and add to my bill and the person was not friendly and let me feel like a criminal and not willing to assist at all and this is the first hotel I ever visit with this attitude and I do travel a lot....

Stayed at the hotel as part of a tour, not much to do around the hotel itself. But the atomium is a short walk from the hotel. The rooms itself are small, but okay after a long day out and about. Contential breakfast seection is good, but if you get caught up with a group expect to queue and hard...

This is a great spot for children and teenagers, great views of Belgium from the top of the Atomium and there is the expo centre and the mini Europe right beside it . Well worth a visit. A combination ticket for mini Europe and the Atomium is great value.

I booked this at the last minute as I was attending a concert at the venue right next door to the Hotel. Ibis hotels are not known for being luxurious they are a very basic type of hotel so I wasn't expecting much to be honest. Check in took a little while due to a lack of staff, the staff...

I've spent 2 nights in this hotel. It is nice and clean, staff is very friendly. It had a really nice breakfast with plenty of options. Only issue they don't have any tea coffee maker in a room. Rate vs quality of room is OK

Luckily we are only here for one night for an event nearby! The room was very small and tired and clean in places but in others very dusty - clearly needed a deep clean. The bedding was fresh but the duvet on one of the 2 tiny beds was torn. One of the bath towels was stained and unusable so...
