A week of detox, amazing food, the most incredible staff and location. Nothing is too much trouble for these exceptionally kind, dedicated and well informed staff. I came away refreshed, energised and still on track three months later, certainly highly recommend Gary and his team

A really warm and welcoming place to stay. The food was delicious. The amenities were more than suitable and the room as lovely - just big enough for the limited time you actually spend in the room. Water pressure in the shower was a bit below par. The people there really make it a great experience. Everyone is happy and...

Accommodation old and tired. The whole place was tired and lacked energy. We left after a few hours of being there as it was so depressing. We read our itinerary for the weekend and there was nothing much on except a trip to noosa. We wanted to have treatments.etc.

I recently spent 4 days at Living Valley Health Retreat and came away feeling refreshed and much better informed about nutrition and my personal well being. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive, the facilities very comfortable and a location which certainly encourages you to wind down. I would not hesitate to recommend Living Valley to anyone who is in...

We have been to all the leading health retreats in Australia and many overseas. This is not a luxurious, all frills retreat. However, its health protocol and the incredibly caring team and world class naturopaths ensure that you will adopt an incredibly healthy regime and understand your nutritional requirements with clarity. There are also a few out-of-the-box healers who will...

My health journey is quite immense. I had 20 years worth of alcohol addiction as my primary issue to address. I honestly had no idea where to start, or, if I could even get help. I was suicidal, depressed, and horribly sick five years ago. By the grace of God, I came across a book that indicated how closely addiction...

I attended LVS seven years ago and wrote a very positive review at the time ( the second one on Trip Advisor). I attended for a 14 day total detox program again last month and am happy to report that the retreat is still as good as ever. As other reviewers have stated, this is the place to go if...

I went for a healthy holiday with my sister inlaw. In the back of my mind I was thinking I could be somewhere more exotic for a similar price. But I have been pleasently surprised by how much I gained from this holiday. Every day my schedule was as full as I wanted or not. The activities were escorted &...
