We stayed two nights with our spaniel and had a large table booked for sat night, all very well organised, lovely food, good service, lovely hardworking young lady on bar, very helpful. Rooms are spacious and it is good that dogs are allowed.

Not to far from home for us this one so popped out short notice on a Sunday afternoon for dinner. 6 adults and an excitable tot and the staff were fabulous. Very and attentive and the food was of a very good quality. One we will defiantly return to. (The only slight fault was the beef was fairly pink and...

This review is of the pub which should have its own entry! We discovered the Burlton Inn almost by accident having found nowhere in Ellesmere. They could not have been more helpful when we said we wanted a sandwich or light lunch and the main menu was tailored to our needs. I understand the new management have been there since...

We have often eaten at the charming country pub. this time we stayed overnight. All the staff were friendly, the downstairs ensuite room was ideal for us and the dinner and breakfast meals were superb. Top marks!

We paid the extra for the four poster bed which was very comfortable. Service was very welcoming and friendly and we opted to stay again for a night...

Our family stayed here over the weekend, two rooms one double and one twin, very clean and roomy, Alan and Bev looked after us, couldn't fault the place. Great breakfast, well worth the price for the room and food.

The pub has recently been renovated inside and been done very tastefully. The staff were brilliant and made me feel very welcome. The menu was varied and had something for everyone, the meal I chose was excellent, especially the banofffie pie. A nice touch was the complimentary liqueur after my meal.

Spent the night there on the way to Lake District. stayed in nice room, which was clean and warm. Ate in the restaurant for evening meal (was very nice) and breakfast which was standard full English. Staff were helpful and friendly, would go back if I was in the area again.
