A gem of a place and an adorable couple who own it. When we arrived they had just got back from an antique fair and took great delight in showing us their purchases. Our room was upstairs in the converted stables (16th Century). Spacious and exquisitely appointed room and bathroom. Most comfortable bed we had in 4 weeks in France...

What a find this place was. I felt it would be nice based on their website and the reviews, but until you drive into their gate you can't imagine the beauty of it. First we were surprised by the beauty of Burgundy, then this chateau as others point out was built in the 15th century and to quote my wife...

We were SO amazed when we drove up to what we thought would be a more typical farmhouse B&B. Instead it was a 15th century chateau which was absolutely beautifully appointed. Extremely spacious rooms, lush grounds -- we were there with kids and they were in heaven (it even came with the proprietress's granddaughter to play with my daughter on...

We stayed here with our little dog and with friends with small children, and it worked perfectly for all of us. Spacious, comfortable rooms in a beautiful old chateau. Off-the-beaten path so very quiet but still close to the main towns of Cluny and Macon. And so reasonable - I was surprised by how much value for money here. A...
