Awesome place Wonderful experience Don’t miss it Good communication before and after visit. 1 night stay. White water rafting and caving was fantastic. Our guides made it a truly wonderful experience. They have such great humour and plenty of photos. Night jungle trek was also good Villa was nice, clean toilet and shower facilities. The food was out of this world. Fabulous canteen setting - lovely jazz music, amazing selection of local and international cuisine..simply wow! Adeline and her staff were ever present . They are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is evident that all the team want the visitors to have the best time Really delighted to have visited Adeline Villa. The accommodations at Adeline's villa exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The comfortable bed, plush linens, and well-appointed furnishings created a luxurious haven where we could unwind and recharge. The attention to detail and cleanliness was evident throughout our stay. The resort's staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive assistance throughout our stay, their professionalism and genuine hospitality were truly commendable. They were always available to address our needs, provide helpful recommendations, and make us feel like valued guests. The resort's dining options were a culinary delight. they provide buffet style breakfast , lunch and dinner. You MUST try the asam laska and shredded chicken hor fun , really DELICIOUS !!! Adeline very friendly and share a lot of her story with us . I am highly recommend Adeline'villa to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious retreat.

Drove up from KL for a 2D1N trip. The route into Adeline’s from Gopeng town is rather narrow, with lots of blind turns and can be tricky to navigate: so fair warning ahead on this. But the distance is short and you’ll arrive fairly quickly. The lodgings is really nice: simple, homely, clean. Certain things are a bit old and need repairing but nothing major that really affected our stay. The surroundings is pretty nice and calming. It’s nice to hear the crickets at night! It’s a pretty rocky and hilly area to get around to your villa, so if you or a family member have mobility issues, best to check with them beforehand. FOOD. IS. SO. GOOD. It wasn’t all around amazing, some dishes could be better, but really all around it was just delicious. The dishes were often simple recipes but tasted heavenly. Take the BBQ option for dinner if you can. Or you might also be able to add it on if you didn’t book it but realised it smelled too good to resist. There are also plenty of activities for you to do, so it’s never boring! Lastly, Adeline is simply the sweetest and nicest person ever. She goes around to check if everything’s alright from your lodgings to your food, and her staff is also so friendly. 10/10 would come back again.

Great off the beaten track location, it is a best place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of living in cities. The well kept retreat eco-tourism resort which found their niche in the highlands surrounding the Kampar River, attracting adventure seekers with its many nature-related activities such as white-water rafting, jungle trekking, waterfall abseiling and caving. White water rafting is awesome. Our guides are serious about safety, serious about good times and serious about fun! They have an extremely high level of experience, all bring a wealth of knowledge regarding the local river ecology, geology and wilderness environment in which they are based. With nurturing style of guiding that helps people move from fear to confidence to joy. They are inspire openness and true camaraderie. The Adeline's Restaurant/Cafe. Experience a surge of aromatic rich flavour in a rustic ambience simple with bamboo strips build up yet cozy as well.  Great place to indulge with such delicious local cuisines using fresh ingredients. The foods and even the dipping sauces served here are all homemade, courtesy of Adeline’s secret recipes with all natural sources. The intense flavour punched you in the face. It's umami. It is briny. It's got kick, very powerful, very fiery, not too sweet and very savoury. The pleasure on your palate just increases and increases exponentially. Really an ultimate unique homestyle food. Great varieties and sumptuous.  You’re guaranteed to leave feeling happily full and contented. To further enhance the authentic nature experience in Adeline Villa, all guests are being requested to clean their own plates after every meal to encourage good manners especially for families with young children. So it is a great opportunity for those who seldom do any plates washing/cleaning at home. Get close to nature's beauty! We decided go for waterfall after the sumptuous meal. The waterfall is just a 10 -15 minutes away from Adeline's Restaurant. Do inform the front desk earlier as they will arrange a guide to accompany and transfer to the waterfall area. Lots of thrilling with full excitement, enjoyable and memorable. Unpolluted environment with cozy hosting. It's all about good food and great activities surrounding by nature! It is definitely will make it up to your day!

I visited Adeline Villa with my friends on 20 Feb 2020 for a 2D1N package. Our first time there. It is located at the outskirt of Ipoh in a hilly area surrounded by trees. 45 mins drive from Ipoh airport. The customer service was great and we were welcomed by the owner, Adeline, upon arrival. Our meals were simply delicious and never lacking in quantity. Dinner was a BBQ of all sorts of meats and veg. Breakfast menu was all local favours but very sumptuous. Lunch was a buffet with many varieties. Good food is one aspect of the stay. Another aspect of our stay is the adventure thrills. We tried the white water rafting. 2-3 hours long. Highly recommended! I did not try the caving activity as I was worried about the bat colony in the cave having their Wuhan relatives visiting. 4 of my friends who tried said it was very good & exciting. We also tried the night walk in the forest. It was NOT a walk in the park but it is definitely worth trying. Be careful of leeches. Our last activity was visiting the waterfall. Simply awesome! Must try!! The enormous impact of the water falling on your head and back while you stand against the wall of the waterfall was simply unforgettable. We stayed in room 315 and 316. It was clean but do not expect 4 or 5 Star accommodation. There is no TV or any table in the rooms. You can watch TV in the cafe which opens from 7 pm to about midnight. Beer is sold there. We spent about S$150 per pax for food, accommodation, the few activities. Airport transfer is about RM$100 per van. Need to bring mosquito repellent. All in, I think it is a great place to get away from the bustle and hustle of city life. If one wants to try all the adventure activities, 3D2N is recommended.

We booked white water rafting through Adeline Villa that comes when lunch. The white water rafting was way above our expectations. Great and experienced guides, good quality rafts and life jacket. It was for almost two hours thus it’s really value for money. Lunch at Adeline’s villa was so good with many choice and high quality food. Read from reviews on the quality of their food and I must say it lives up to it’s reputation! Will definitely be back again for another get away!

Nestled in the jungle away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Here you get to rest and smell the fresh air and get some exercise. Food here was great, especially local food but the seafood could be improved as it is not fresh but frozen seafood. Most people who come to this retreat enjoyed and loved the food ( put on some Kg in the few days here ) We also did paintball and also white water rafting. overall a pleasant experience.
