Thank you for your question, all rooms in the hotel should have hair dryers. If for some reason there isn't just let reception know and they will arrange for one to be put in the room. Kind Regards Carl

There was a view of the mountains and garden from the top floor but hard to say about the ground floor. There would be a view of the gardens but not sure if the gardens are only on one side.
