We stayed in the Annex suite at the Soar Chapel Guest House for 3 nights. Had a lovely stay and Breakfast which we took in the Guest House was very good and set up us nicely for the day. The lounge in the Guest House was very impressive. You can tell by all the family photographs that this is a...

We spent three nights in this very beautiful Guest House during April 2015. We were very warmly welcomed by Leslie and her daughter Chloe and shown round their amazing renovated chapel (once the family home). The décor is outstanding and all rooms are beautifully furnished; the welsh cakes provided on arrival were scrumptious and a good indication of what the...

We went back to Soar Chapel for a wk/end with a Groupon Voucher and had a lovely time lesley and her family always make you feel very welcome. We had room 5 which was really nice and spotlessly clean. The Welsh cakes were enjoyable too ! We hope to see you all again very soon.

Really 5 star accommodation! The room was really good and the food great. Would definitely come again! This old chapel building has been given a new lease of life, and has been wonderfully restored by the present owners - you will not be disappointed!

We stayed just for the one night as we were going to a concert at the venue two minutes walk away. The Welsh cakes on arrival melt in the mouth and the welcome by the hosts was very warm and friendly. We could not find fault.

Stayed here for two nights. Place is absolutely spotless. Room was well equipped and spacious. Had both a continental and a cooked breakfast and both were good. Very friendly, family run chapel conversion. Used as a base for a walk up pen-y-fan, and couldn't fault it. Will probably return again for our next jaunt.

Excellent place to stay. A converted family-run chapel. Not in the least religious. Large comfortable bedrooms with all mod coms and spacious, modern en-suite facilities. The breakfasts and food in general are of marvelous quality and taste delicious. On one night Lesley (the extremely accommodating owner) cooked us slow simmered Welsh lamb falling off the bone, parsnips in honey, carrot...

A beautiful B and B ran by a family to a very high standard. We enjoyed 2 nights here, the service was excellent and the place is immaculate. Breakfast was very good. Close to some beautiful places. Indian down the road is amazing. We were surprised at how noisy the place was...we heard every step from above us and people...

A characterful guest house with better standards than many hotels that also manages to be a family home - and you are made to feel like a member! I stayed on several separate occasions October-November 2014 and would have no hesitation in going back.
