Room was spacious and relatively clean. Housekeeping and maintenence staff respond fast. Breakfast was good with different options everyday. Good swimming pool and gym. Room facilities were good, everything we needed (kettle, bottled water and toothbrush) was provided. Only problem was the WiFi was no good.

VIP Hotel is the only Hotel located in Segamat Town which provide Swimming Pool, Fitness, SPA & massage, Bar, meeting room, Restaurant, pool side function hall and so on . Their services are good and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is delicious too. Strongly recommended!

Not proper maintenance and dirty. Avoid. Dirty. Dustbin not clean with rubbish during check in. Broken shower. Toilet cannot fully close. Mini coaches. I booked this hotel which paid above RM200++, expect better hygiene compare to the rest in this small town, end up with terrible experience. Pictures show thousands word.

The room condition is very bad. The wall is leakage and the basin were leakage. The frame of exhaust fan at the toilet was hanging and like will fall down anytime. The basin tap was mossed. The carpet like bitten by insects. The wardrobe with the terrible watermark there. Feel terrible and won't back to stay anymore.

booked a superior room for 1 night. official check-in time is 3pm reach after 3pm+. The lobby was a bit stuffy warm, on way taking lift to room just notice no aircon available outside room. anyway no issue for room aircon, bathroom poor drainage not able to shower more than 2 mins.... car park lot available within the hotel premises, simple breakfast nothing much to expect. stay here if you have no other option.

This hotel is a nice hotel to stay of you go to Segamat. They have swimming pool and gym. The food is quiet good and all the hotel's staff are friendly. The amenities is great. But the wifi is terrible. Can't even load instagram picture.

Called & made the booking - efficient. Check in was also efficient. Rented a family room - accomodating 4 adults. The room was clean. There is a gym on the ground flr. However did not have the chance to try. However the swimming pool was good. Nevertheless, they had no child pool. There appear to be a staff attending to the towel + safety. Food: ala carte was good Buffet breakfast : sufficient spread of local & western cuisine. Check out was also efficient. Overall at the rate of rm248 - with 4 of us staying in the room, worth our stay. If you are staying in Segamat - This is THE hotel u should stay in

Stayed here for 1 night for a family wedding. Took 2 twin rooms for 4 adults. I must say, i was little skeptical about the interior after seeing a rather dull outlook.. Plain and very stiff. But i was pleasantly surprised to walk into a cosy and organized lobby. The receptionist 'Angel' was very courteous and prompt.
Rooms were small but cosy. All newly furbished. Working aircond. Flat screen tv. Kettle in room, etc. Good and adequate. View wasnt something to boast about..unless you like watching ppl drive in and out of the petrol station...
Bad points : Dimly lit room.. light bulbs were placed in all the wrong places! No in room iron and board. No room in dining menu! Was starving at 5pm but no menu to order from! argh... they do however have a cafe 'The Chef' downstairs, lobby floor. Good thing convenience store attached to gas station was just next door.. grab ourselves a bunch of instant cup noodles.., sad... location wise, pretty far from main town (as in NOT walking distance).
Gym and pool seem decent. Breakfast spread was average. All in all, adequate and simple. But basically just nice for a 1 night stay... seeing as how it's new, i think it's one of the best in town...

This seems to be a decent hotel in Segamat, with enough amenities and decent breakfast spread. Parking is ample and easy. Situated next to the main road, but there are shops/convenience store/petrol station within walking distance.
