Visited guys for one night with my boyfriend and we had a great time! The room was really nice for the price we paid and had a great view overlooking the canal. We had an evening meal in the restaurant, and although the service was slightly slow the food and drink was lovely! The following morning we ate in the...

Stayed for the night with my partner and it was fine. Price reflected the service, everything was just okay. Needs updating, nothing special really. We stayed in the executive room with a jacuzzi bath which was a fun novelty but it must be an old building so whenever someone flushed the toilet in the building the pipes made an awful...

Called here on quite a few occasions so i know what to expect. The menu is vast but the prices are expensive. You do get plenty on your plate but you would expect that with the expense. You have to order desserts at a different counter which is a bit of a nuissance and even though we ordered they came...

Stayed here in room 47 last weekend with my fiancée, was very nice despite the weather. Room was big, bed was comfy and restaurant and bar was good too. We both enjoyed it and would go back which is lucky as we only live 30 mins away. All staff seemed nice and family and it was busy with both locals...

Stayed at Guys Thatched Hamlet for my birthday on 13.03.17. We stayed in a room with a spa bath and an open plan design. The room was big and spacious and over looked the cricket green. It was very comfortable and well decorated. We had a meal booked in the Italian which was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and...

When we first arrived late at night we went inside to check in, the staff couldn't of been more helpful. We came on two motorbikes which we didn't want to leave in the car park, as we couldn't see the bikes from our room and we worried the bikes could sink on the soft ground. Charlotte, the receptionist came out...

Do not attend this over rated hotel, stop at the travel inn across the road. Room was poorly decorated, don't in wall scratches on head board, and to say the walls are thin is an understatement...we headed everything next door at 1am in the morning.

The room was dingy, grubby and featured many interesting stains on the walls and soft furnishings. We were only staying for the one night and thank God for that. In the evening we ventured into the onsite Italian restaurant...the staff were as rude as those who checked us in. They tried to tell my partner that his grey-looking steak was...
