I stopped in here as I was advised that there was no other place in Khun Yuam. I had a bed on the floor in the dorm, which was a-okay. The bathroom was infested with ants and hadn't been cleaned for some time. There was no hot water. When I asked for a map of the town, I was given...

I stayed here during a bicycle tour of the Mae Hong Son Loop. The nicest room of the whole trip so far, and for a very reasonable price. I ended up staying two nights because after 5 days of climbing steep mountains, my legs needed a rest. The room I got was clearly either new or recently renovated, and to...

We found this place by accident when we were doing the Mae Hong Son Loop. After a night in a tent this was pure luxury. The three of use could share a private room with hot shower for only 100bath per person. Beds are comfortable and there is a fan in the room. Staff is nice and 2 ladies speak...

We had a perfect stop at Ban Farang Guesthouse. Our three bed room with a fan was clean and had a hot shower. The hole staff is very hospitable and friendly and we felt very comfortable at this place. In addition, they made us a nice breakfast with fresh fruits yoghurt and muesli. We highly recommend this guesthouse!

My girlfiend and I stayed here because there are only a few places to sleep in town. We slept in the dorm: 2 mattresses on the floor in a wooden hut. We were the only one in the dorm, so for us it was quite a spacious room. There were a few ants, a mosquitto and a gecko. The shower...

We stayed here and the staff were really friendly and attended to our every need! It's a lovely place to relax with a fountain and lots of chilled spots. It's also very clean and they serve great breakfasts!! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Just spent one night, VIP room with big balcony, AC, hot water for 700B. Nice staff, clean room, quiet, close to the bus station. I would stay in that room again. Did not get the breakfast as the place across from the station does delicious pork and greens with rice (way better than a greasy egg and hot dog).

I did not want to stay in Mae Hong Son because of larger town element so Khun Yuam is a few kilometers south and had what I needed. Ban Farang has different levels of accommodations and what I chose was clean and perfect for my needs. There is a nice patio where you can kick back, enjoy a beer and...

The rooms are very old and the walls were repainted. Beds are uncomfortable and I could not sleep at all. Mosquitoes were in my room and bit me at night. The curtains are also old and dirty and they used deem light bulb to hide it.I ordered breakfast at 6 am and it was not served until 6:46 am, I...
