I bought a discount card and thought would like to visit the place and see the rooms in preparation for the holyweek vacation. The place was about 10 to 15 min from the main road using a private car. Upon arrival there were no guest there but the staff was there to accommodate us and tour us around the place....

With such great potential available at tho resort, the stay was disappointing. The room I stayed in was a Spa Graden view, which had no view due to the nailed down shutters. Rooms were so dark and cramped, with a tiny bathroom that had no warm/hot water. When we questioned about hot water, housekeeping's response was, 'it takes 10 mins...

I must say that the bad reviews must have made a positive impact because my family's experience was an opposite of other people's experiences. This resort offers other attractions such as bird aviary and mini zoo. Team building facilities are also available at the site. The place is very picturesque. You can have your photos taken everywhere. There are only 3 swimming pools with no slides. Food is expensive but you can bring your own. The resort is also far from the city.

when we arrived at the place. they asked if we have plenty of stuffs when we said that its not that plenty they never offer to used their shuttle and let us walk along the long long way through our room.and to let you know its RAINING they just borrowed some old umbrella to their staffs.we walked in the middle...

such an horrible experience!!! the staff is not friendly.. we ordered 2 hot chocolate we already finish our breakfast, we already get back to our room but no one advice as that they dont have hot chocolate! the room is quiet dirty. the shower curtain ewww!! the sofa is like they dont change it for years. what an experience :(...
