This hotel is nice, has excellent staff-service and takes extra effort to accommodate travelers arriving at, or departing from, Perth International/Domestic Airport. Other Reviewers have noted its quirks, mainly related to access to and from rooms from the front check-in lobby upstairs and/or through a very busy bistro-bar area. Also limited lift access making luggage-issue or handicapped usage requiring special...

Always great! Staff friendly and place is always tidy. Rooms out the back are fabulous, love the secure parking. Food is good, large portions for kids & bonus of a play area outside with slide ect. Used late check in procedure last stay, was very easy. Did stay upstairs once which I do not recommend with a baby only as...

I do FIFO work and have to stay in Perth one night per month. I usually stay at Bayswater as it's close to your location, they reimburse you for your taxi fare and the rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. I didn't really notice the noise too much from the train station being close buy so it didn't affect...

I have stayed here a few times for about nine hours per visit whilst I am in transit. The main reason is because it's close to the airport and there are free transfers. First stay was in a balcony room facing the train station. If you require sleep please do not stay in one of these rooms. In the evening...

This is a great place to stay. Close to the airport. Also close to public transportation. The train station is just across the street giving you access to Perth and the surrounding area. The train is even a great way to get from the cruise port in Fremantle to the hotel for $5 AUD per person. Plus it was fast....

We stayed here for a whole week-end plus one day, and the place has it all. Charm, karisma, a wonderful staff, the pub, the food...oh, my, gosh...the food!!! Amazing! I can promise you will never leave the Bayswater Quality hotel hungry! You feel at home here. The staff treat you like family! And I loved every minute here. And if...

Stayed here and was allocated a "Universal Access" room as they were full. (Apparently the term "disabled" is now inappropriate but I'd say nobody would understand the new one?). The bathroom is almost as big as the bedroom however if you are a couple and one or either have a disability you may find the bedroom cramped. There is also...

We stayed at the Quality Hotel in Bayswater not knowing much about Perth Australia. It was a nice, clean hotel with outstanding staff. They had elivators (lift's in Australia). Our room had two small beds instead of the king we are used to. Had to take a train to get to tourist attractions. Would recommend this hotel if you have...

This hotel, which is known locally simply as the Bayswater Hotel, is part of the Choice Hotels chain. I usually try to avoid chain hotels – especially American-owned chain hotels – when I travel abroad, but I didn’t know this was a chain hotel when I booked it and I have to say I’m glad I didn’t because it was...

We arrived from the UK in the evening and just wanted somewhere nearby we could crash for the night to try and get some sleep. Hotel was close to the airport, easily accessible by a taxi which was $31 and payed for by hotel on producing a receipt - very impressed with that. We also received a free room upgrade...
