Thank you for this question. I do not recommend you try this by yourself as you say you cannot swim. You can still book a snorkelling trip with Ocean Safari and advice the boat that you cannot swim and the instructor will supervise you and give you floatation devices and so on. You cannot hire snorkelling gear locally.
