I read some quite worrying reviews on here before we came and I'm so glad I ignored them - the hotel is brilliant. We arrived later than expected due to catching the wrong train, but the reception staff were great and helped us out as much as they could! We got shown to our room - we were in hotel...

Excellent this was great for me and my daughter and our friends. It was easy to find and the dinner service was great. Check in and out was easy and the lady helped us with everything we needed as we were halfboard recomended places to attend and sites to be at Disney with the turn on lights etc. I would...

Have read some awful reviews on here, so was a bit worried about what to expect. Loved it, loved the way the wild west was carried through to the rooms. Yes, could do with a makeover, but I was more than happy to stay here. Bed was comfy, lots hot water, great staff. Used restaurant a few times, had 7am...

After reading the reviews of the hotel I became worried about how the hotel would be...however I was very surprised upon arrival. What was said a 15 minute walk from the park turned out to be a lovely 7/8 minute walk along the river! We were checked in within 5 minutes and reception spoke to us about everything we needed...

Western themed hotel very close to the parks. This is the budget end of Disney so do not expect high end finishing and superb food. Hotel is laid out like a Western village with differnet buildings housing lots of rooms named after figures from the wild west. This looks great - kids expecially will get a great buzz out of...

When we arrived we got checked in very quickly and were put in Billy the Kid which was really central for the restaurant and the bus tram to the parks. The room was big enough for us (2 adults, 1 child) with a double bed and bunk bed. Beds were very comfortable but only one feather pillow each, could have...

I am not going to lie, I was a little apprehensive about our choice of hotel after ready the majority of reviews, but I couldn't have been mire wrong! Yes you queue for breakfast, the buses, check in but it's disney and there are just huge volumes of people. All the queues move pretty quick. I was travelling with my...

It is exactly what it says on the tin 'a 2* hotel'! Towels in the rooms were barely big enough for my kids, breakfast was absolute carnage most mornings and continental only. As a package we couldn't complain, tickets, fast pass and early bird entry included (when you go to the Disney parks on the other hand it is not...

i have just come back from staying here with my husband and two 5 year old boys. We arrived early and we're lucky enough to be able to check in early. We were given our half board vouchers and also a suprise extra of daily tea time treats. The rooms are standard but are fine for what you use them...

I stayed here with three other friends in October half term. The room was scruffy, dusty and old. The bedding was smelly and it was very poor quality. The breakfast was the worst experience of my life, picture Butlins but a thousand times worse! Really disappointing and I did not feel I was in a Disney hotel at all.
