The staff at this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. They have an, "I really do not care" attitude and are quick to place any blame on the guest, rather than try to make things better for them.

There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It comes every half an hour. Ask where it comes and you will have to go 2 levels up on the elevated road to take it in the airport itself. It's free and is available from 6 am to 11 pm. Trust that helps.

There is a shuttle bus from Terminal 2E. You have to follow the signs and once outside, there are 2 pick-areas, one of which is Radisson's. Just make sure you wait at the correct one (don't go to the one across the street). The shuttle comes every 30 minutes. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport leaves every 15 minutes.
Here's a better tip, cancel your reservations and skip this hotel altogether if you voluntarily booked it. You'll be glad you did. Air France put us in this hotel because of a delayed departure. I wish I spent the money and stayed at the Ace Hotel instead. I don't care if it's free, I refuse to stay in this hotel again. I'd rather sleep in the airport.
