A beautiful, secluded get away set in the trees on a lake. Updated but details preserved such as old wood, door hardware. There is even a waterfall. Only downside is limited dining choices. Would stay again.
We had a great stay at this place. Our room had a jacuzzi and we got it for a great deal during the month of April. Front desk agents were really helpful, restaurant had a great view of the lake and serene atmosphere.
My wife and I went to Lac Carling for our anniversary. Located in the lower Laurentians, the resort was easy to get to - less than 2 hours away from Ottawa (same from Montreal).
