My wife and I spent a night at the Forrest Guesthouse and had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant Bespoke Harvest on our way back from the Twelve Apostles. Our suite was tastefully furnished, well equipped, clean and comfortable, set in the garden where they grow their own herbs and produce. Dinner at Bespoke Harvest was a culinary experience with...

My wife and I stayed here mid January 2017. Emma who runs the Guesthouse and Bespoke Harvest was absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for us. The rooms were spacious clean and well appointed. We dined in the restaurant Bespoke Harvest and was very impressed with the food, wine and cost. All food is either grown on site or...

Made to feel thoroughly welcome on arrival by Ben & Emma. The spacious, clean rooms were much better than expected from the advertised images (not knocking the images, they just don't do the rooms justice). The lack of TV prompted us to reach for the games & some quality family time. The en suite shower and toilet were in good...

What a remarkable find! Idly googling through places to stay for New Years Eve, preferably with some decent dining options not too far away I stumbled on Forrest Guesthouse. Winner! From the moment we checked in to our beautiful room we were blown away. Spacious, inviting with enough space for the 2 of us to relax and enjoy a glass...

On the main street in quaint but happening Forrest. A delightful, clean, quiet and relaxed place to stay. Big fluffy towels, great selection of teas, no TV (heaven), top notch wine glasses, very good local coffee for the plunger and comfortable stylish rooms looking out to the restaurant garden. Yes there is an amazing $65 per head (dinner) restaurant on...

This was my fourth visit to this gem of the Otway's - no...gem of Australia. And at each visit the developments and improvements have been an unexpected delight to discover. Last time the leap from the simple but satisfying country fare to a gourmet tour of the region was the standout. Superb fresh ingredients, prepared and cooked with real passion...

Tasty food combinations. Degustation perfect for sharing & not too big. Owner Emma explains where it all comes from - mostly local. Warm ambience created in old building. Charming. Rooms very simple but clean & comfortable. But go for the food - dinner & lunch. And Forrest is a lovely untouched area.

We stayed here a couple of nights and enjoyed the fine guesthouse. It is all very charming. We did not miss anything in the rooms, WiFi was working, all kinds of heating (needed one day) available and not least the charming Emma and her colleagues. They know how to offer a surprisingly delicate dinner with lots of different dishes. All...
