We visited Tangalooma for the day and again had a fabulous time. The snorkeling was awesome and the scenery breath-taking to say the least. In the afternoon, bean bags were placed on the beach for visitors to sit on and watch the amazing sunset - we even had dolphins swimming with us in the ocean very close to the shore...

Surrounded by beautiful blue waters teaming with fish and pelicans, Tangalooma cuts a pretty picture on arrival. The island is pretty and worth exploring for a few hours, including the beaches and long wharf. There are numerous outdoor activities available (at a price), such as dolphin feeding, beach bikes beach segways and quad bikes, so plenty for active outdoor people....

Thanks so much to the wonderful staff and special thanks to the legend Rose that went into the water to rescue my expensive sunglasses that were bumped off my head into the deep water off the jetty as we were about to board the boat. Today young lady, you went above normal line of duty. Thank you Rose👍

We spent Thursday and Friday there. We were very excited about going, but once there it was very disappointing. Our room was advertised as a 'Hotel Deluxe Accommodation Room' with luxury fittings, bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival, bathrobe and slippers. Well we arrived to a below standard hotel room that was dated and well worn. There was nothing 'luxury' about...

Stayed a few nights at the Kookaburra which was clean, comfortable,,well appointed and had a fabulous view from the third floor,,they give you the option of a maid or a bar tab ,,just bear in mind that you are not allowed to take your own alcohol onto the island. Would certainly recommend feeding the dolphins.

Sailed over to Moreton and stayed a few nights off the beach on our small yacht when we thought we'd go for a walk along the beach and maybe grab a coffee at the resort. Well what a mistake that was. As soon as we got into the Tangaloomba beach zone we were rudely accosted by men on quad bikes...

It costs nothing to be friendly, and I will be passing your feedback about unprofessional security staff to the manager of this department to address. Arrived with mediocre expectations after reading some of the other reviews but were glad our experience exceeded expectations. We booked 3 nights in a beachside villa to recover from our flight from the UK. Ferry transfer was easy and wish we had asked for earlier check in but later found out there were showers and towels we could have requested...

We stayed in a standard room, which was lovely. However it was very noisy from about 6am. Lots of things to do and a small choice of places to eat. Staff were great and the island was beautiful. I felt that my children were very safe and would highly recommend. There was an ATM on the island and phone reception...

I spent a fabulous 3 nights at the Tangalooma Resort with my aunt. Having read some of the reviews I was a little worried. So I was pleasantly surprised to thoroughly enjoy every aspect of the weekend. So much was entirely wonderful. 1 Checking in at the Briabane ferry terminal and being met our guest services rep on the jetty...

When you come to the island as a day trip and your only objective is to sit on the beach, watch the birds and the trees and eat and drink something it's ok. But the moment you've got the idea of hiring a bike or snorkel and fins or quad bikes or whatever your wallet is losing weight by the...
