Worn down building and it really shows - wifi is not working properly, the shower has no pressure and the heating is not working at all. I had to ask in reception to get a stove as my room was freezing. Definitely not the right place to stay, even if it's just for one night.

Good location. Nice room. Excellent staff. In terms of value for money, hard to beat. Room was quiet, well cooled (most hotels are far too hot). Location suited us - proximity to various food outlets was good

Booked the premier last minute as I was stranded by removal company. Hotel was perfect for my needs. The room was clean warm and comfy. The reception staff were really friendly too. I was travelling solo so decided to opt for a take away from one of the 4 places available on the same site.

Great stay highly recommended. Polite staff and they couldn't do more to help you enjoy it. Lots in the area in terms of restaurants. Just be careful when getting taxis to and from the hotel as the hackney cabs are conmen due to the toll charges. If your a visitor outside of Scotland like myself and my partner this can...

Stopped here for 2nd time in two months when visiting office in Glasgow. Nice clean place with friendly staff and plenty of choice nearby if you don't fancy eating in the public next door. Will stop there again.

Very nice & clean premier. Lots of noise from the roadside though so not a good nights sleep. The attached Lee Burn is really good. A grade or 2 above the usual premier attached food places. Really friendly helpful staff (even though we were a party of 4 adults and 5 kids!) and good tasty food which everyone liked.

Welcoming, friendly Reception staff made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. They assured me someone would be on call at all times should I need assistance. This was my first visit and their attitude made feel comfortable. Restaurant staff were attentive and the food excellent. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this Premier Inn.

This is what you would expect from a Premier, plus a lot more. Ideal location as a base if visiting in and around Glasgow as hotels with parking are few. The most outstanding thing about this inn, is the staff who go way above and beyond the call of duty to care for the guests. They are also the happiest...

Overall a decent stay, the room was large, clean and comfy and we had a warm welcome but the pub next door had poorly kept real ale, very slow service and average food. The free WiFi did not work for me. The car park was covered with litter and the room was noisy due to the road and people talking...
