The Premier Inn Glasgow East Kilbride (Peel Park) hotel is celebrated by guests for offering a budget-friendly stay without compromising on cleanliness and comfort. Many reviewers have highlighted the spotless rooms and the welcoming staff, complementing the excellent service. Nevertheless, some guests have noted room odor and the absence of air conditioning as minor inconveniences. While the hotel's exterior could use some enhancements, its central location is a hit, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. Additional charges have been a concern for some, but the overall value and convenient amenities generally leave visitors satisfied.

Always a lovely welcome and as we frequently stay a lovely welcome note & chocs in the room for us.
Clean comfortable bed and a great night's sleep.
We would never book anywhere else in East Kilbride to stay.
My tip- book early and ask for a room at the back as it's lovely and quiet there.

Usual quality from a Premier inn. Great stay as usual.
The only minors are the quality of the free wi-fi, and charging £15 for 4 nights (or £30 for a month) is quite outrageous.
The hotel is supplied with "premium wi-fi" no matter if the customers pay for it or not, it should be included.
Bathroom is great but the toilet paper is rubbish, sheets do not work. would be great if these were changed to rolls.

Excellent staff and clean rooms meant we had a great stay. We felt very refreshed staying here, which we needed as we had booked about 12 rooms for family all attending a wedding in Glasgow. Would definitely stay here again.

When I arrived at the hotel after a very long drive I asked Liz on reception if I could move rooms due to the noise coming from the rooms next to the room I had been allocated. Liz completely understood and arranged for my room to be changed straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for her and as a result I had an undisturbed evening and night. Thank you Liz.

Good location, good prices but let down by some rather major things. Firstly the evening staff could benefit from some training on welcoming guests. After a long journey we werent greeted by a 'welcome' or 'how was your trip?', just a 'do you have a booking and whats the name'? We had booked 2 rooms for 3 adults with one being a wheelchair accessable/usable room, we did get a ground floor room, this was the only accessible plus. The room had a very low bed and a bath which had a shower at one end - with NO griprails at the end of shower rather they were at the opposite end of this rather high sided bath. NOTHING like what we seen in the pictures advertised, and only towels for one guest in each room. When we went to reception we waited for a while but no staff member came to assist, even after pushing the bell. The noise from the room above was terrible and kept me awake on the first night and periodically throughout the second night. Great locale for what our trip was regarding, however I would not recommend this particular PI to other disabled travellers.

The outside signage, decor and landscaping around the car park now looking very scruffy.
Dusting in the bedrooms could be better (tv screen and wall above headboard).
We've stayed here multiple times only because it's handy to stay when visiting a relative at the care home.
I like the location next to The Harvester too.

I travelled here from the Midlands, having had a very long drive all I wanted was a cup of tea and a soak in the bath, on arrival I was advised my employer had not correctly completed the booking 😒 therefore the balance needed to be settled.

Cathy the lady on reception was amazing, went out of her way to find me all the resolutions possible to complete the booking, whilst I waited for an hour for my employer to rectify the issue.

Cathy coukd see i was not amused at the delay and was very tired from the drive, she made me a cup of tea, talked about the local area and managed to make my wait so much easier.

All staff should take a leaf out of her book and her high level of customer service!

No air con in the room which I’ve had at other premier inns which was seriously needed. Rather sweaty nights sleep in this mini heatwave we’re having. Early food delivery at the pub next door also woke me up. I started with the negatives so I can finish with the positives as my negatives can’t really be helped in some ways! Comfy bed, clean room, extra tea etc at front desk, very friendly staff who also sold lots of little cute items for various charities etc at the desk!

I checked in at the hotel late at night which was fine. I knew I wasn’t staying at 5 star hotel but as soon I entered the room I was hit with a horrid smell, to my surprise I entered the bathroom and smell was even worse and the sink smelt of rotten eggs. To top things off there was dust and cobwebs everywhere which indicated that the last time it was cleaned was months ago. The worst part was trying to get a good nights sleep before my journey the next morning and the creaking floor boards, who needs an alarm clock when you’ve got the creaking boards waking you so at 5:30am. Never would I stay in a Premier Inn again even it was free.

Crazy that we had to pay £10 to check in 40 minutes early when room was already set up and no additional work was required. Especially when we had a baby with us that required feeding and a change. Also the air-conditioning didn't work at all
