I was travelling with my Husband a few days ago and after a long journey we were not in the mood to be messed about. When...

Very good hotel next to rail station. Excellent value and staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Right next to good pub serving food and real ales. Small co-op and takeaways a few minutes walk and Bromsgrove about a mile away.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and gave me plenty of local information that I needed, up-graded my room so I had plenty of space. I was chilly so they lent me their heater...

Stayed here for one night for an event in the area. Was not expecting luxury, but I have stayed in other travelodges that have been at least pleasant. This one bordered on farcical - we arrived to find that the key card system was broken, so the single reception staff member had to walk us to and from our rooms...

Arrived late in the evening straight to the room and slept! Warm and comfortable. No frills. Reception very friendly and welcoming. Location not so obvious from the main road but found it easy enough!

Am a regular travelodge user. This one was nice, but our room disappointed slightly as the only window was a sky light with no view of the outside at all, which made it a bit claustophobic. Nice and clean and tidy though, lots of parking with a barrier system on entry and exit.
