My partner booked this room as a surprise for our anniversary because we were visiting family. She and others looked at website and thought everything looked great. DO NOT be taken in by website it bears no resemblance to the park view! Partner was told we could check in until 9pm, so at 6.45pm we arrived to check in, knocked...

Check in was until 9pm but on the way to the hotel I got a call asking for debit card details, payment was taken and I was told when I arrived to ring them and we would be let into the property. Upon arrival before 9pm it took 3 attempts to ring them to be told our key was under...

We were offered a double room with bunk beds. The bedding was filthy, stained and smelled. The bathroom had no wash hand basin and no shelf or anywhere to sit anything on .This didn't seem like a hotel to me. Didn't stay long enough to notice anything else but could not get out quick enough. By far the worst place...

Dreadfully tired room and it was a disabled room at that. Curtain hanging off the rail. No mattress covers on the bed. Room smelled damp and bathroom grubby. Toilet and shower with a massive window at the side. Breakfast disgusting. Came complete with 12 inch long grey black hair in a battered to death egg. ( I have short auburn...

By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Room was dirty, staff were unbelievably rude My husband and I stayed here for one night when visiting family and definitely would go back. Have stayed in a lot of hotels and this by far the worst. Pay a little extra and stay elsewhere!

We arrived before check in ended but the woman in charge had decided to go home early so we had to wait outside in the cold for 20minutes before she decided to show up. Room stank on cigarettes and the shower curtain had black mould on it. The walls are also PAPER THIN, you can hear everything which is awful.

The first impression we got was not a good one-our room key was under a traffic cone outside the property(another guest stated their was under a plant pot). There was no reception whatsoever. The house was like a maze up and down stairs to get to our room and if the floor has been cleaned in the last 3 months...
