A wonderful warm welcome, the staff couldn't do enough for us, they always had a smile on their faces and time to chat, the room was large and well equipped, and the housekeeping brilliant. Liverpool is about 20-30 minutes by car depending on traffic, taxi to city centre £20-25. We came up the M62 and then the A570,satnav said to...

Clean room & bathroom. Nice powerful shower! Comfy bed & great made to order breakfast. My son was boxing on the Saturday so they even made him a take away breakfast for after his weigh in, very kind! Would have liked Costa coffee at breakfast, but not the end of the world!

Stayed a few times always a warm welcome. Room good but had problem with the heating controls. Breakfast ok don't order the omelette bland and boring. Breakfast was busy but they kept up with the demand.

Usual excellent standard. Louise from reception made our stay extra special when I mentioned it was my sons birthday. Whilst we were out she put a banner up in the room and left sweets for the kids. Nice touch.

A fab weekend away with close proximity to everything. Liverpool is an interesting city to look at and this hotel was perfect for doing this! Breakfast was very reasonable, in fact, we didn't need to eat anything else later that day!

Visiting family at the last minute. Paul at reception was welcoming and friendly even arriving at 1am. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, bacon cooked the way I like it. Stacey and the team did a great job looking after us. Highly recommended.

Stayed only 1 night . Arrived late , 10pm, was still able to get a 2 course meal, and drink . Lovely staff- very friendly, would definitely visit again. Only down side was our noisy neighbours above us , as we were ground floor .

When we arrived one of the single beds was just a mattress on the floor., It was uncomfortable & clearly of poor quality.Friends of ours who stayed in the Roby Premier, about 10 mins from St Helens Premier Inn, had a double bed & 2 single beds, therefore,...

Well located just off the M62, handy for St Helens and Lea Green rail station, from where we went into both Liverpool and Manchester. Our room was spacious and rather well designed - there was a large shelving unit down one side which started with hooks on which to hang our coats, then included a well-lit make-up mirror (so you...
