We stayed for a week last summer. This time only for 3 nights. What you get is fairly basic as you would expect for the price. However, it served its purpose. The breakfast was excellent and the kids really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a minor complaint - the room was too warm even though... More

Good customer service, great location for where me and my partner were going to on the evening. Lovely room and very quiet :) Would definitely recommend. Receptionist booked taxi, very helpful, pleasant stay.

We were going to Liverpool to visit my sister and booked to stay in the St. Helens south premier inn as all the hotels in Liverpool were either fully booked or very expensive. The hotel was so easy to find and was only a 15 to 20 minute drive from my sisters house in Anfield. The room was extremely clean... More

We stayed here with our little boy for his birthday. Staff were fantastic. Made us feel really welcome and went the extra mile. The lady on reception gave our boy some chocolates and a card after arriving then he got balloons and a card the next morning at breakfast. Catherine who works in the Beefeater next door was brilliant with... More

Another great stay at this Premier Inn as always. Receptionist very friendly. Smooth checkin. Room ready on arrival. Room very clean though a little hot in the evening. Only one item missing from the room is a toilet brush!

Lovely friendly welcome and good value rooms. Comfy beds with powerful shower to wake you up in the morning. Freshly cooked breakfast at the adjacent beefeater and dinner on the first night was good value and good quality

I've visited this hotel a couple of times with work & it's comfortable. Nothing special but it's just what you need for 1 night away. Staff are very friendly and always around to help you. Restaurant attached isn't great, better to travel out for food. Overall a comfortable stay.

When checking in the lady on the desk got us in ASAP. A request to any member of staff was always greeted with a polite response ,and carried out with speed. After asking any of the staff for assistance they also asked if you required help with anything else after sorting out the initial enquiry

As always, the room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the noise was minimal. Lovely Premier Inn to stay at. We didn't have breakfast on this occasion opting to go for something on the move, it would be nicer to have a buffet style selection as opposed to ordering.
