My fiance and I recently traveled to the Blue Dory this past October 2017 and stayed in one of the attached rooms, the Tea House. It was plenty spacious and had great access to the main house as well as the center of town /restaurants//beaches...More
The Blue Dory Inn was perfect for our fall getaway. Our room was cozy, warm with beautiful views of the beach. The Inn is decorated beautifully and very clean. We were very comfortable, the dining area where we enjoyed breakfast was very accommodating with coffee...More

What a beautiful inn! Holly welcomed us like family and gave us a lovely room. This was our first trip to Block Island and now we want to come back very much. The Blue Dory was a wonderful, comfortable, and friendly place! Great breakfast too!...More

Queen Anne's Lace. It was smallish and one side of the room had a slant to the ceiling as it was on the third floor. It had a queen size bed, small desk/table with chair, a small armoire, small dresser with a decent size bathroom. It worked for us because it was so last minute and we did not spend much time in the room anyway. It is quaint and pet friendly and people friendly too. Not at all a dump, but not high end luxurious, if that is what you are accustomed to. It is the kind of place people come back to. I hope that helps.
