Been there several times. Sometimes superb and once in a while not so superb. The paella is disappointing. The haddock chowder is very good. The fresh fish specials are good, as are the salads. Not much choice for dessert.

I've driven by for years saying its looks nice and finally went with my family. I have to say I thought I made a mistake walking in it looked like it was going to be more expensive than I anticipated seeing how upscale the environment was. However, the price were decent and the service, presentation, and taste of everything we...

Have eaten at the Narragansett many times. I've gone through many chefs. This chef is superb. We started with the scallops beat salad and shrimp flatbread. Oh my God it was excellent. Our table had the Paiea the Alfredo pasta with lobster and the jerk chicken. Fabulous. I am definitely going back. Bill for four with cocktails and tip was...

After a few years of going to the Block we gave the Narragansett a try. We had a very good meal on the veranda overlooking new harbor and got to watch the sunset and storms in the distance. The food was good. I enjoyed the jerk chicken. My youngest has a food allergy and the staff was very helpful in...

We made reservations for dinner.. That went well We were seated upon our arrival.. The place was busy.. Our server might have just been robotic.. Her demeanor the entire time.. We ordered appetizers and cocktails.. Those arrived within a reasonable amount of time.. They were tasty , decent portions... Our main course seem to have taken forever.. We sat ,...

This was our 6th time to the Island, but our first time staying at the Narragansett Inn. The location was perfect, as we came from the New Harbor. We had our bikes, but we also walked to and from the Old Harbor one evening. The view from our room, as well as the restaurant were beautiful. Staff was pleasant and...

Great view of all the boats in the harbor. They advertised a continental breakfast - assumed we would get coffee and a danish. We were welcomed to a complete breakfast buffet - eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes or french toast, muffins, coffee - nice surprise!

I cannot review the rooms because I didn't stay here but the dinner was absolutely delicious and you can't beat the view while dining on the outside porch. Gorgeous sunsets are to be seen. Definitely will return for dinner or just drinks.

The roof will keep the rain out and the showers work to get you washed up but don't expect anything resembling luxury. The walls are thin and you might want to bring your own sheets. If you can accept that before you arrive there is plenty to like especially the location. First, the Narragansett Inn is relatively inexpensive compared to...
