Fun island, casual, relaxed, great shops and food. Live music and fantastic beaches. Great food. The Neptune house has large rooms with all the comforts of home and more. Book early and make a reservation for your car on the ferry the wheels help you get around the island

Neptune house is a very comfortable town house type of condo. the amenities and the location are all above average. Dring the warm season I am sure it position makes it an ideal place for getting access to the beach and the biking trails. But their staff is what makes this work Samantha at the front desk is excellent and...

Let me start by saying that if you like finer amenities or just have to have AC, then this place is not for you. But, if you like charm, location, history or nostalgia, then this is a must. We traded our timeshare from a five star resort in Vermont and requested someplace that we did not have to fly to...

Great place to stay on Block Island. Only downside is lack of an elevator. But, we had a two bedroom with a living room area, two bathrooms en suite, and a well-appointed kitchen. We grilled a few nights and enjoyed relaxing after a day of walking the beach and walking through town. Wifi was free and worked perfectly. The fall...

The service was ok. The location is like a 30 min walk to the ferry,The room was ok. What I disliked was the pool was under refurbishment after a storm. Also sometime whne there is cloud it will knock out the tv signal. And also the Wi-Fi is really slow. Thanks,Johnny

Very disappointed in our stay. After our first night we noticed that our feet were black from the floors! We went down to the office to get a bucket and mop (we brought some cleaner), we washed the floors and you would not believe the black water! Went back down to the office to get 3 light bulbs so we'd...

We have had our time share for 10 years now and have never had a bad visit. We were a little disappointed not having the pool this past summer but there's so much to do on the island and the beaches are beautiful. The pool is not indefinitely closed, it has to undergo reconstruction~ getting all the permits, bids, etc.is...

Our family bought three timeshare weeks 30 years ago, and my wife and I currently own two of them, in unit 15, which is a studio in the original building. We were married on the Island, and have returned many times for our anniversary and to cool off from the August Florida heat. Our most recent visit (Aug. 9-23, 2014)...

I find that we spend so little time actually in a house / condo / hotel in Block Island that having a place like Neptune house is GREAT. If you are looking for posh and lots of amenities - look elsewhere. If you're looking for a place to experience all that Block Island has to offer without breaking the bank...

You can tell that once upon a time, the Neptune House was amazing. Beautifully crafted, decorated and convenient to New Shoreham, Block Island, RI, the Neptune House is now just shy of on its way to decline. The screens on the doors all need to be re-screened, for instance. The accommodations are starting to pass from used to well-used. The...

“Either building has views of the island, but the older building has several decks on the upper floors with better views, including the Ocean on the east side. Airplane noise is about the same in all areas, but usually only excessive on Saturday and Sunday mornings.”
