This is absolutely not a 5* Hotel (I wouldn't even give it 3). The arrival: There is no porter or concierge to welcome you at the entrance of the Hotel. We had to deal with our own bags. Staff is rude and the first answers you get from them are straight NO! The rooms are spacious but that's about it....

Some of the reviews you’ll read on this hotel linger on whether this is a five star or not. To begin mine, I’d like to set the context; For those not familiar with Puglia, it differs hugely from the likes of Rome, Milan or Sorrento. The landscape is rugged and the flow of life is way less cosmopolitan. And although...

We spent here our summer vacation at the benning of August this year... Let me tell you what we thought of this hotel... - The staff’s rude attitude. They were taking away our towels and clothes from the beach beds while we were away swimming saying that we shouldn’t leave our things on the bed and keep the beds busy...

This hotel advertises itself as a 5* hotel when in reality it is more like a 3* and I think that is being kind! The hotel is located a 15min walk to the nearest village which has a couple of restaurants but is a bit of a ghost town, Torre Canne, a holiday village, is a 5 minute drive and...

I was due to stay here with my fiancé in mid July for a much needed trip to see wedding venues. Unfortunately Easyjet cancelled the flight at 10pm the night before we were mean to take our 8am flight due to Italian air traffic control strikes so were unable to make it to Puglia after all. Whilst Easyjet were surprisingly...

Firstly the hotel grounds/ building is nice but run down. The pool steps have missing steps, the walls throughout heavily stained, and the property / furnishing throughout more budget not 4/5 star. The facilities aren't readily available, despite contacting to check the restaurant wasn't open on my first nights, and when it did open on the 3rd the staff ignore...

We were anticipating our stay at this property from the pictures depicted on Travelocity website. What we got was far from what was expected. Our room was acceptable, but cold and when we looked out our glass doors instead of the beautiful blue of a large swimming pool shown on the website we saw a very empty pool not a drop...

The masseria is nicely located. It is a nice old masseria with a beautiful parc and fantastic common areas, nice restaurant and beautiful swimming pool in the middle of large olive park. Personnel is friendly (except at breakfast) and good price for money if discounted! It claims to be a 4 star hotel but it lacks some of the basics....

The ornate gated entrance led onto a pine tree lined avenue, which took you to the hotel, which was surrounded by olive groves as far as the eye could see. Horses graze amongst the trees and the hotel building screams history with its impressive shimmering white facade. On entering the hotel, the interior reflects the local architecture with vaulted stone...

This hotel is by no means what the pictures try to show. It has not been updated in years, with terrible decoration and empty/useless rooms all over. Besides, it is clearly understaffed and would not surprise me if it is about close any time soon. Service is appaling and the few personnel available are inexperienced and slow. The hotel has...
