If you’re planning to stay here and spend every day in Rome, don’t. It’s a good 30/45 taxi from FCO and costs around €100 from the airport. Pomezia has a whole lot of nothing to do barring a fairly decent outlet mall about 10/15 mins away (Castel Romano).

As for the hotel, the staff are all charming and helpful, and the apartment is well equipped with a kitchenette, living area, balcony and washing supplies.

I stayed 2 nights for business and it was fine for what I needed. Very clean and a quiet location. Rooms are not well sound proofed as I was kept awake by a rowdy bunch in the apartment above me but no fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was okay, basic continental but it’s free so no complaints.

Could have done with a coffee machine/supplies in the room in the morning.

Overall a pleasant stay, but not where I would stay if this was a leisure trip.

Nice hotel.
Pomezia is a bit away from Rome but there are buses every day from Pomezia to Roma, which means you don't need taxi
Best staff in this hotel are Guiermo and Andrea. They're very helpful and made us save a lot.

The internet is very poor though, aside that everything cool and nice.

I stayed here for fee months during a business trip.

The hotel is extremely clean, the staff would go the extra mile for you and the breakfast is mouthwatering.

There’s a small gym but very well equipped.

The forniture and the decorations are different and unique room by room. It’s like living in a museum.

It’s a TOP CHOICE.

Usually we’ve been kind of good for finding hotels without disappointing experiences. Well, this was a bummer. It’s not like a rat house, but either not so nice as photos are looking. And trust me, I understand concept of apartment hotel. We were looking some a bit polished, a bit luxurious feeling as photos were showing, but our studio was more like budget hotel which needed renovation 10 years ago.

When we arrived, women in reception was great, made us feel very welcomed. That feeling froze when we opened the door of our room. It was more like a family room for budget vacation where you cook all meals by yourself. Not dirty or bad in that way, but just not what we were expecting. We enjoyed that +25 Celsius degrees inside because AC didn’t push cold air to the room. Shower head did not stay on up, so you needed to hold it or bath in the tub if you wanted to shower and the breakfast was so-so.

Place is not horrible, but it’s not that great either - or at least it was not what we thought it was.

If you are wanting an apartment rather than a hotel ARCOM Palace is a good option. Although the hotel is very small and not located in a nice area (it’s basically in a car park) the rooms were modern and clean and bigger and brighter than a typical hotel in Italy. You are in walking distance or a short taxi ride to some restaurants or 15mins to Pomezia coast. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and breakfast is typical European, small but very good. Ask for an apartment on 1st floor as you will have your own terrace so you can walk to the supermarket and get some lovely meat and cheese and sit outside.

Arriving to this hotel was a surprise. It was nothing like what you see in the pictures.
Pros: Big TV in the room, good bath in the bathroom, good coffee for breakfast, good parking options (own garage).
Cons: Room was really cheap, nothing like what you see in the pictures. Location was little bit like a slum. AC was dripping water on the room, walls were dirty, and the room had a thick security door like you could wait someone to brake in?

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was OK. If you need a cheap apartment hotel, it would be OK!

After spending nearly 2 weeks in Rome, we decided to head to the west coast for the last 2 days & enjoy some relaxing time on the nearby beaches. We were flying from Da Vinci Airport so didn't wish to venture too far for our last few days. I booked a 3 person apartment based on both the excellent price & also the reviews here on TripAdvisor. The apartment was perfect for our needs & very clean - the decor may not be to everyone's taste but we actually enjoyed the difference & atmosphere around the entire place. The winning formula here though is the staff - everyone we met from the minute we arrived could not have been more helpful. We were offered coffee & cake on arrival & even though we arrived early, they were more than happy that we check in straight away. Continental breakfast was perfect for us but don't expect a huge choice. We did not experience this level of hospitality throughout our previous 2 weeks in Italy so really felt I should write a quick note of commendation. We went down town for dinner & ice cream & thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days locally - we wished we had arrived a few days earlier! wifi & air con worked perfectly - our only issue was that the Sky TV box did not seem to work.
All in all, very good value, excellent & friendly staff, quirky & clean.

My husband has work out in Italy. We wanted to find a hotel that had great wifi and great beds. This hotel doesn't disappoint. It was great staying here for a couple of weeks. Granted they didnt have eggs and bacon like the other hotels did, but what they lacked they made up in terms of comforts. The place seems gaudy, but when you're there, you see that they appreciate art. The place has the coolest furniture and decor. I was totally in love with the mother of pearl shabby chic mirror that was in our room. It was also a SUPER clean hotel and I always felt nice and fresh coming home. The kitchenette was okay, although if you want a better kitchen and that's what you really care about then this hotel isn't for you. It was a basic set up with a stove and microwave. It worked fine for us. We tended to eat our meals in our hotel room to get more vegetables since Pomezia doesn't have the best food around and we like to cook. I was sad to hear that after I left that they had a gym! My husband said it was pretty nice and is near the buffet breakfast eating area. The coffee is Nespresso coffee pods and is always delicious. The staff is really nice and attentive. They gave my husband a scarf after I left Italy. Nice gesture. Overall, this place is a great value! Not to mention again that they have EXCELLENT internet connection! One of the main highlights here. The downside is that it is kind of behind some shopping centers and seems a bit iffy in terms of crime. They do have some garage parking for your rental car if you are concerned.

QUALITY BEYOND EXPECTATION...A great deal awaits tho0se who want to be close to the sea,yet ensconced in a great hotel, that knows that room size DOES matter....superb, trained staff, who actually SMILE!....Although a dockland corridor of shipping containers would be of a more charming setting and would add some much needed symmetry to Pomezia. this oasis will makes it bearable,,,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL!
