Lonely planet will tell you don't take a room next to reception because of the noise level. That's rubbish, we had reception and roadside but the room is so well insulated that its very quiet inside and we slept well. Staff were friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. There is good Wi-Fi but doesn't seem to be any other... More

The room is small but very cosy. The breakfast is good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The locations is very good, nearby you can find a lot options of good restaurants and things to do and shop.

We only stayed one night on our way to the south. I loved the Moorish touches and the colors they used gave the place a funky hippie feeling.Sleep quality was good, with good functioning a.c. and wifi in the room. Breakfast very simple, but again: for that money good value. Staff was helpful and friendly. Paid parking just around the... More

After a nasty experience in a 1 star Hostal in Seville, this was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic with all modern facilities and extremely comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The continental breakfast was enough. I couldn't... More

Comfortable and clean. Room was rather smaller than I hoped for. The paint / decor was not to my taste but may be to yours. Desk staff were very helpful. I didn't eat here as there are so many varied cafes and restaurants in Merida. Merida is steeped in Roman history.

The place is well located, clean and reasonable priced, but the single rooms are INCREDIBLY small, with miniature bathrooms. For the price there should be hotels with bigger rooms - or maybe pay the extra and book a double rooom.

I had a lovely visit here. I was alone and arrived by bus at 2am but my husband managed to talk to staff and explain this to them to set up a taxi and make sure the door was open. The room was small but Ok (true that as someone has remarked they could do with better lighting.) I would... More

No problem finding this hotel with our GPS device which was good. They showed us where to park in a garage around the corner and we paid the hotel the 9 euros for the one-night parking. Room, although rather dark and small and on the first floor right behind the lobby office (where they put guests with pets), was pleasantly... More

Location was good; basic facilities but OK for the price. The room size was reasonable but the lighting was a bit underdone. Internet access was good. Our room was on the ground floor next to the road but double gazed so traffic noise was not a problem. There was occasional noise from the reception area but not enough to be... More
