I visited this hotel and came back with an infestation of bed bugs. This cause myself and my family unbelievable amounts of stress. The food was also terrible and just ended up spending my money on a McDonald's each night I stayed. I would not recommend this "hotel" to anybody

We had a group of 35..with over 20 of those being aged 12-18. We had booked via Travelbound so had no real control over the hotel. However, our stay was just great. Rooms clean, food great for such a mixed age range, and the staff couldn't do enough. Very helpful, nothing was too much bother including moving the timing of...

Had stayed for one night here in noordwijk. Excellenet hotel, one of the best budget hotel we stayed in europe. Nice decoration all over, clean vibrant interior, spacious wash rooms, great buffet breakfast, courteous staffs...kept our luggage for free as we arrived early...over all a great stay....

We visited last week with a primary school party. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and all ensuite. All the meals were brilliant and catered superbly for all the children including those with special dietary requirements. The hotels location is fantastic - 2 minutes from the beach and ashore walk to shops and...

I read the reviews of this hotel the day before arriving with 36 year 6's and what I read filled me with dread. The truth is the hotel was the best I have ever used for a residential visit. The staff rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. Even serving coffee...

I was there on a school trip, although there were guests there who seemed to be just normal hotel guests. So my first point is, if you're a normal hotel guest, beware, this seems to be a hotel that takes school groups and they tend to be noisy, and can stay up until late. Our rooms were all suitable for...

Again I'm here with a group in this lovely part of the Netherlands in Noordwijk, The hotel is a basic hotel, but in saying that it's very clean, and the staff are very very friendly (couldn't do enough to help) reception is quiet small although the check-in process is very smooth and slick, rooms are quite roomy (pardon the pun)...

Its Reasonable and clean. friendly and helpful staff. Specially Jos was very helpful and really helped for the booking i wanted to make for my friend. He made sure that we get the best price. The best part was the balcony. And the breakfast was too good. Location was very nice. Just 5 mins walk away from the beach.

It was nasty. My room was on the second floor and all night we could hear drunk people outside our door. There was a piece of door stuck to the wall covered in brick dust right above my head while I was sleeping. The room was tiny for five people and was more like a prison. The beds smelled like...

this place is really weird, me and my friends got the bottom floor (basement), room 1 it was tiny for 6 people. We were next to the kitchen and the bar area, bit surprising but useful when travelling with teachers because they cant hear anything. it looked like there was a white stain on the wall.... we all know what...
