hotel facade is beautiful but already partly renovated. Our room 203 had a small terrace, bathroom has been renovated but the shower next to the toilet is very narrow, not for fatter people.
The room is not small, but seemed rather sloppy...in terms of finishing. The TV cable was missing... so the night receptionist went looking for a replacement cable. so it was a bit sloppy in terms of housekeeping.... We had booked half board and had a wide choice of food, well served. Indeed, some staff can only speak English... no problems for us, but perhaps for older German customers..... The buffet breakfast was also okay. Despite the fact that the night reception was on his own due to the illness of a colleague, he put in his best effort.
In the distance, the sound of the amusement park could be faintly heard. Enough parking near the hotel. It is located in a residential area. Within walking distance of an open-air museums and mill

The room was quite large with a terrace and seating outside. The bathroom has become very cramped after the renovation, especially if you use the toilet.
Beds are good. Only the walls are very boring, no paintings or anything at all.
Breakfast is fine and the dinners are very tasty and have plenty of choice.
Staff is friendly and helpful. It's a pity that some cannot speak Dutch and speak English, which is a problem especially for the elderly.
Parking space is sometimes insufficient, especially if 3 vans or trucks are parked there.
We have now been here for the 3rd time and it is a pleasant stay.

It is a place that I visited within the scope of a project but returned with disappointment. I would definitely recommend not to visit it except for work. It is a place with classical and unique home-made garden arrangements, but it is a place where the places close at 18.00 and the markets close at 20.00 and you will not see anyone when you go out...

Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Food good but sometimes way too salty. Breakfast is ok.
The hotel is clean and whole. Recently refurbished. But that cannot disguise the fact that it is very outdated.
No refrigeration available. Rooms downright small, hot and noisy.
This hotel might be reasonable in spring and autumn. But as soon as the temperature rises above 22 Celsius: stay away.
For the quality offered, the price is far too high.
And don't try Fletcher vouchers because you can only use them with 1 at a time. That's a tourist trap, I'll never do it again.

for me now also the last time... I've been there 6 or 7 times before; it's awfully noisy, sleeping only succeeds on the top floor and then in a corner with a quiet neighbor and lower neighbor... Worst Fletcher out of 110. Until now, an email appeared to be OK to get a room at the top, so not now.... Regarding the kitchen no success either; very small portions and the wine is measured and poured behind the bar I think in an egg cup; there can be 7 or 8 glasses from a bottle; short-sighted, because you do not order a second glass....Unfortunately

The hotel is not a gran luxury but okay. You can't expect super luxury for so little money. Everything was clean and the shower in the bathroom worked well. Breakfast was very generous for little money. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is child friendly.

Hotel not safe, we had at night a prowler with a key! Manager would then contact us that afternoon but now week later not done. Doesn't keep agreements. No security.
Hotel is outdated, rooms sweltering, no screens, no air conditioning. This was once but never again!
However, the staff is very nice and they do their best to make it attractive to you.

As a touring musician I've been very lucky to stay in many great hotels, many of those being in the Netherlands. Given my providing my own special tea, I was very surprised that I was asked to pay full price for a glass of hot water & a drop of milk. No sensible discourse followed, just a indignant & unfriendly refusal to acknowledge that as a paying guest of the hotel I might be offered some reasonably considered measures. No manager to talk to. An awful & uncomfortable experience.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel after someone recommended it to us (!). Our first impression was not a good one. It sits in a residential area of town. We had to walk around the bar/reception area for a while for someone to serve us - not a good sign. What can I say? The fake leather was peeling of the bar seats. The drab decor was the same throughout the hotel, predominantly brown. The brown carpet was dirty and fraying all over the place, with here and there big stains of dried food (maybe worse!). Paint and wallpaper was chipped off corners, etc. Our room was large. That was its only plus. The bathroom was too dark, there was no light on the mirror area, just ceiling lights. The windows were dirty. I have never been in a room where our things became dusty as quickly as in this hotel. The first morning at breakfast, the coffee was lukewarm and we had to ask for fresh. We seriously considered searching for a different hotel but gave up on the idea because we had paid in advance and because we did not want to waste our precious holiday time searching for an alternative. We hired bikes at the hotel and they were the only things there that were actually new! Staff were very friendly, but apart from that, I could not honestly recommend this hotel to anyone. Shame on you, Fletcher!
