The location of the resort is excellent with a scenic view of the mountains and the river. The camp beds are provided with electric blankets. The steps leading down to the tents arenot uniform and it should be provided with a sturdy handrail.The food served was good. However there is no wash basin near the dining hall.The staff are helpful and courteous.

Location is very nice near to bank of river Food is tasty we enjoyed it Service is excellent. Tents are very neat and clean.
Nazhar bhai is very co operative and very nice person. He arranged a campfire and music system for our group and we enjoyed a garba dance at night.

The location is superb. Connect with nature. Resort is located next to Sindhu river. Food was good. Must try once. Ijaj and other people are very helpful. You can find indian veg and non veg food here. Nighttime temperature goes down. The heating mattress availability also there.

Booked this property 25 days back after making full advance payment through MMT . On the day of check in came to know that resort has wrapped up operation for the season weeks back . Nobody from either MMT or resort bothered to inform us that & left us stranded at a remote location . Had to make a spot booking at Sonmarg at different resort.

View, tent and waiters are good. But be aware that they do not provide room heaters and during snowfall, its too chilly and difficult to sleep. Food is not that good, hence try to avoid MAP plan. Best for temperature between 6-20 degrees celsius.

I have taken 5 night and 6 days package for visiting Kashmir for 30K. The tour was during march 1st 2020 to March 6th 2020. They have provided most of this as agreed on the package except, Guide come driver option. The driver they allocated for us was not a guide at all and we had to hire a guide for visiting many of the places. In Kashmir any tourist place will have some taxi union and they stop our vehicle even though it is kashmir taxi and they we have to travel in their dump vehicle to reach tourist place for example sonamarg , they will ask 10000 RS for just 4 KM of travel in tata sumo vehicle which is in very bad condition. I would say you bargain and give only maximum of 900 RS. Another thing is, 3 days stay was same hotel in srinagar, and we have to travel around 100 KM every day to visit tourist places like gulmarg and sonamarg ect.. This would have been worth if they could arrange stay in each places.

Bad staff really we had only breakfast egg bread and jam with tea and Coffe and some sweet . The Servises are very bad the staff are rude . Be very careful when u are here . I had buy mistake drop my phone in water the staff wanted to pick it and keep for them self . Bathroom are very dirty , the manager here has no manners, we had 3 rooms and in one room there was no hot water will we keep asking till 9.30 am all most 1 hour , I don’t usually write reviews but this one made me . Good place only for bachelor not good for family

We visited on 17th August and was given Tent No-7 by manager .
Pro- Location is awesome and it's along with seasonal river ..
You can feel water sound entire day/night which will give you different feelings .
Tent located outside of main area / Market . That's why it's peaceful too.
Comfortable Mattress - it has heater facility by which you can keep your bed warm ( heater is fitted inside the bedding) This will make you warm during chilled night.

Tent is located in isolated place so you can't go anywhere .
Location has no mobile network ( if lucky BSNL network work occasionally)
Either book this tent from travel portal or pay through cash while check out if you are walk-in customer .. they don't have facility of Credit/ debit card .

They don't have room service . Tent located in downstairs while kitchen on top . If you need to order something then u need to go up side and then place your order . Tents are not connected to intercom.
We selected tent option which had breakfast & dinner included but there was hardly options to select ... food was just ok type .
While check-in we were told that bonfire will be arranged in night .. we went there at 8 PM and found 7-8 people drinking liquor and gossiping loudly.. we didn't find that place suitable for sitting so we went straight to dinner . I fail to understand how someone can allow liquor at common area where bonfire was scheduled .
Last but not the least the incident which make us scared ..
We had early dinner at 8.30 and went to sleep by 9 , we were in deep sleep and it was 11.30 PM when my wife cry out of fear as someone was opening my tent from outside.. My wife woke me up and I immediately shouted and came outside . We found person who served dinner was trying to enter . Once I asked him that why he was trying to open our tent from outside , he said its by mistake he opened the tent . We were not able to sleep entire night due to fear .
Although that guy met us in next morning too and apologies and said it was his mistake.
We were not sure about his intentions so we let it go.
we realised that place is not safe for couple or female tourist... because if u stuck in unavoidable situation then help can't reach you ( no network / phone / no outside help / )
My recommendation -this property can be best for boys group / group of families..
Couple and female tourist should avoid
Our Kashmir trip ends with such horrific experience in this property...
