This is a review of the spa. We didn't stay at the hotel - just used the spa for the day. The biggest problem was the cold environment. They need to either up the temperature of the air or of the water, particularly in the middle-sized pool. We went to lunch in our robes but it was too cold so...

I have to say the room was super depressing and not worth the money in the slightest. We would have been better off staying at a Premier Inn where it would have been clean. Very disappointing. The breakfast in the morning was abrupt, awkward and cooked breakfast- poor quality. Champneys you need to throw a huge amount of money at...

Had lunch today with the family. Gorgeous hotel with roaring log fire surrounded by amazing scenery. The meal was very good and I didn't feel second rate despite not being able to eat wheat and dairy. Gluten/wheat free bread rolls with a tasty dairy free spread was available and my starter and main course was as beautifully presented and varied...

Venue is beautiful, in gorgeous surroundings. Staff are excellent, helpful, friendly. Rooms well equipped generally, but for example ours had robes but no slippers, one of the little things missing. Some rooms very large (ours was) others rather cramped (our friends). Small room hot, large room no views, and noisy from cooling units etc. Bathrooms good size, though ours had...

Family of 6 for afternoon champagne tea, once scones and cakes delivered no further service. No offer of sandwich top up or tea refill. Some cakes were clearly stale. Not what we expected for £29.50 per head. A real shame as venue and grounds are lovely.

Lovely afternoon tea at Eastwell Manor. Service was great. Sandwiches and scones were very fresh. Bought on Groupon. Very good value. Lovely place. We were sat in a side room which was much better. Lovely Kir Royale to start with.

This a review of the Manor Restaurant. Not having visited for two years, we were looking forward to lunch. Car parking was tight as a 'do' was in progress so we were a little later than planned. The dining room was very busy but this did not affect the excellent service. Choosing from the à la carte menu, we started...

We went out to Eastwell Manor today, but on arriving found the entrance blocked by two huge construction vehicles. Needless to say there were vehicles waiting to get in from both sides of the A251 causing considerable traffic chaos. I expect there were also several waiting to get out. We ventured further up the road, to find the other entrance...

My apologies for the inconvenience, unfortunately the Eastwell towers entrance you saw does not belong to us but instead leads into the farmland of the gentleman who owns Eastwell Park. I do hope we are able to welcome you in the not too distant future

I bought a spa day voucher for my mum at a cost of £132.95 for Eastwell Manor (EWM) intending to go with my mum. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and on the medical advice of my treating oncologist was told I couldn't go to a spa due to the chemotherapy treatment. I emailed EWM asking them if I...

Food was really good. The celeraic and apple soup was lovely. The Goats cheese filo parcel was beautifully presented and really well-prepared and enjoyable. The panna cotta dessert was delicious Waiting staff were the perfect level of attentive. They were very helpful and charming. All the staff were very helpful at every step. Absolutely beautiful setting not to mention an...
