My stay at the Travelodge, Lostock Gralam was excellent value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable, clean and fresh smelling. The pub/restaurant was just across from the lodge on the other side of the spacious carpark. Perfect!

Stayed in this Travelodge rather than in a City Centre. Really pleased we did. The bedroom and bathroom were really clean and the staff were great. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Found it quiet too. Would definitely stay there in the future.

This is a well-positioned great little hotel. No frills (I wouldn't expect any for the price) but it is excellent value and you can tell the owners/staff really care about delivering a great service. Will be staying whenever i'm in the area

My first time staying at a travel lodge, although basic the room is incredibly clean, pleasantly surprised…..however, the highlight for me has to be the lady on reception, Kim, she is an absolute super star!….a warm & friendly welcome, she greeted me as if we were old friends (sounds a little cheesy, but by far the nicest welcome I’ve had at any hotel….what an asset to your company!…I hope this feedback, and a huge “thank you” make it back to her)

The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet and dark which was perfect for a good nights sleep. The room and the general hotel areas were immaculately clean. Finally, the staff are very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for me.

We stayed overnight for a family funeral the following day. We stay in Travelodge accommodation fairly frequently, so we know what to expect. We tend to chose it because it's cheap, but you get a good bed, en suite and the rooms and hotels generally are clean and well maintained.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The stay was pleasant, and the rooms were very clean. I will be coming back and staying here again next time I am in town. Would recommend it to all my friends.

This hotel is now being used as emergency housing by the local authority and unfortunately it has brought some issues. The hotel staff are at a loss of how to deal with the residents standing outside the main doors drinking and smacking drugs in their dressing gowns - and unable to stop them slamming doors and staying up all night. I stayed 3 nights with very little sleep - it’s spotlessly clean and the staff are super - but it’s basically a homeless hostel.
