Good and quiet place to stay, near the Planai West /Rohrmoos ! skilifts.
Food is good and plentiful, you will not get a choice of menus though.
The owner Mr Raimund is very helpful and will try to do about anything he can.

I hope you were - we were booked into a triple last year but due to a cock-up by our tour operator, I slept on the floor for a week. The hotelier was unhelpful and had our reviews removed. I eventually complained to the Austrian Tourist Board so hopefully he's pulled his socks up and realised that you can't treat hotel guests like he did.
This year we went to Switzerland instead for the same price and had amazing food, choices and service, so he can't hide behind 'the food is as befits the star rating of the hotel'
