This was our first night staying in the hotel and we had brilliant time with excellent food and service. This has been our best night away and we tend to go away quiet often. We will definitely return for another excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the chef Kevin Brolly for the fantastic food....

I stayed here one night by myself and was joined my my friend for the second night. This was a treat to myself as I'm a busy expectant mum with 3 children at home. Overall the stay was great, friendly staff, great food and beautiful location. The spa treatments were lovely and relaxing. When I got the final bill there...

If you want a relaxing stay, soothed by delightful sea views then Redcastle Hotel certainly fulfils the criteria. Just back after a delightful overnight stay , the friendliness of the staff was apparent from the moment we walked through the door. Our room had a lovely view down the Foyle Estuary, as had the Spa where we spent the afternoon...

Had an overnight stay with my wife and the place was superb. Arrived around 4 o'clock and dropped our bags off in room and went to the bar for a few Guinness and cocktails. The views over the lough from the dining room are amazing. Dinner & breakfast was 1st class and the service matched the quality of the food....

This is the first time that myself and my partner have stayed in the hotel after booking it for our wedding in October! I have to say we weren't disappointed! We didn't have many dealings with staff as we just done our own thing but from what dealings we did have they were friendly! The room was great and the...

I am very happy to give feedback on my stay. I had a wonderful break for two days B&B and dinner for both nights at Red Castle and could not fault anything! The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help you, especially two girls at the reception desk. I passed on my thanks to the...

This is a decent hotel for families, the staff are great as is the food. I stayed in a suite which was fine with the exception of the shower - the curtain pole was very badly positioned and cut about 4 inches off the width of the bath which meant the curtain sticks to you unless you stand sideways. This...

Another lovely family break but unfortunately spoilt by unruly children left to run wild .we had our grandchildren of 5 and 8 and they even pointed out how these children were allowed to spoil everyone's stay .so unfortunately I would have to rethink about staying again .I know staff did try to put a stop to this thanks to all...

Location is amazing! overlooking the water at the back of the hotel and golf course to the front. The bedrooms were clean and spacious as I would expect from a 4star,altough there was black mould around the grout near the bath. Sadly our room didn't overlook the water. The pool was great and was looking forward to using the steam...
