Stayed for 2 nights in Nov and had a lovely really relaxing chilled break! The first morning after a lovely breakfast looking out at Lough Foyle and snow on the hilltops in Donegal, we sat for an hour in the lounge beside the restaurant with patio doors open and listening to the water splashing on the rocks outside, so relaxing!...

My mum and I are back from what must be our 10th stay at The Redcastle and it didn't disappoint! We normally stay midweek and this time we stayed on a Thursday and Friday night. It was lovely to watch a wedding party arrive and there was a great buzz about. The food was fabulous as always, the service was...

Just back from a 2 night break. Very pleasantly surprised. Room had great view and when I stay again I know which room to ask for. Staff were second to none. We arrived to eat in the restaurant and my husband made a joke about me paying for the meal. I replied it was only because of his birthday and...

Had the pleasure to be in this beautiful part of Donegal for the weekend and called in to this gem for some Sunday Dinner. The staff were both courteous and very welcoming. We were advised that there was a Sunday Carvery. We were very happy with the Carvery. Spoilt for choice with absolutely delicious soup and a varied selection of...

These are my thoughts: POSITIVE POINTS: Driving down the passage-way to the hotel building, already tells you that you will have a peaceful rest. The building itself is impressive, and well...
