The place that we had booked cancelled on us but this place was suggested as an alternative. We were so lucky as it was beautiful , relaxing and welcoming. Gigliola is a very good cook and everything was produced on the farm and the dishes were local styles and plentiful. We only stayed one night as we were encouraged route...

We arrived at Saudon and did not know anything about the Lunigiana, a mountainous region dissected by the Magra river, which covers an area which runs from the Apennines and Apuan Alps to the Mediterranean Sea. The area is incredibly beautiful. You then arrive at the end of a road on a hill to a beautiful old house (completely restored,...

This place is just awesome in so many ways! We planned to stay for 1-2 nights but ended up staying for 5 nights, that tells you something - and I want to go there again. The house is very charming, the view is great, the place is easy and relaxed, a lot of great places to sit down and relax,...

We stayed here for one night on our way from chianti to Portofino. We should have stayed longer, the staff was friendly and accomidating even though there was a small language barrier. The food was incredible, everything was made and grown on the agriturismo from the red and white wine at dinner to the fruit tart in the morning. Aside...

we came to saudon to relax from the crowded beaches amd the heat. The right decision, saudon is a perfect place to relax and get fat. We had the apartment with a kitchen, which has all the equipment necessary. The agriturismo has great outdoor facilities including a nice pool. The dinner is remarkably well, next time we'll take an apartment...

Great ospitalità home from home feel. Every where was picture perfect, food was delicious home cooked and eat at a long shared table al fresco with amazing views. Swimming pool amongst vine trees and sunflowers was perfect to use before dinner ( but open all day) would love to visit again. Grazie Gigliola!

This place is really off the beaten track. Be prepared. Location and guesthouse are beautiful, quaint and charming in an Agriturismo way. Room was spacious and airy, but very basic - one wardrobe, small bathroom - bring your own toiletries! Dinner was great. We ate here two of the nights that we stayed and were not disappointed - homemade pasta,...

Although we didn't have particularly good weather during out 2 day stay, it didn't matter as Agriturismo Saudon was truly beautiful, with great food and hospitality. The owner and her husband (and sister) went out of their way to make us feel welcome (we were able to converse in French with them). We had a wonderful cooked family evening meal...

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The adress is Monteguzzo 15, 54026 POZZO di Mulazzo! LOOK IT UP ON THE MAP BEFORE!!! Mulazzo is just the name of the area! We had an old GPS and just "Mulazzo" took us over a rough old street to Gavedo ("di Mulazzo"), we were glad we didn´t get stuck. THE B&B: This is a REALLY lovely place...
