We are staying here at the moment and we are very happy with our room, but I would warn others that it may be unwise to arrive on a Sunday. It may be different in high season, but today the hotel restaurant is closed as is nearly every other restaurant in the town. We were finally saved from going to...

Dear Guest We have one of the best restaurants in the region which is open 6 days a week and every day during high season (aprox: 20/6 - 20/8). There is also a very good Chinese restaurant in the hotel building (not operated by us) which is usually open 7 Days a week. Unfortunately, they were closed for a Chinese...

The hotel is a bit old style. The elevator is quite old. You can touch the wall when it going up but please don't do that. The elevator will stop then. The location is fairly good. I say good as it close the the middle of the town and easily get thing to see and eat. I say fairly good...

Good nice clean room. We got upgraded so I don't know how the other rooms are. Anyway, ours was good with good beds. No air conditioning makes the room hot during the summer! Free parking. Excellent breakfast buffet!

Mora Hotel & Spa is a nice and relaxed hotel with good sized rooms with all the necessities and equipment you might need for a good stay in Mora, whether for skiing or sightseeing. There is a good standard bar and restaurant and a generous breakfast with locally produced food in the morning. If I have to say something on...

It is eay to find the hotel close to the lake, the hotel has a parking infront of the hotel to the road. You need to get a free ticket at the front desk. It has a SPA in lower floor. Resturant on the groundfloor. The rooms are large with a great bed, double. Not so many channels on the...

Thank you for a great review. I apologise for Housekeeping not coming back to you with the question: when would you like to have your room cleaned? Seeing you didn´t take down the "do nor disturb" sign during the whole day, they did not want to call you on the phone. Kind regards

We stayed here for a weekend due to participation in the "Ultravasan" run. Hotel has an ideal location, in the middle of the city centre. Our room was facing the main street but was quiet at night. Our room was basic, but furniture and bed seemed new. Room really hot during night, even though we had our window open. Bathroom...

You had booked our cheapest and most basic room for your stay during the UltraVasa run. Next time, book a Premier room, if you are looking for "a super elegant and exclusive room". We also have Superior rooms and Business rooms (which al are 50% larger than our Standard rooms), with sofas, mini-bar, newly refurbished bathrooms, Continental style beds etc....

This hotel has comfortable public spaces, and while it is old fashioned, we liked its style and its restaurant. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Spa services are available, but we did not partake. The four-star review is for able bodied guests only. Although booking.com mentions facilities for disabled guests, se did not see any.

We thought this was going to be a comfortable stay for our family of four. Sadly, we couldn't wait to get out on our departure morning. We stayed in a family room, which included a separate room with a bunk bed for our kids. Truthfully, our kids were put off by their room. There were used toys all over the...

Dear guest, You choose to stay in one of our most sought after Family rooms with a separate playroom/kids bedroom. All toys and fancy dress clothes for children are washed on a regular basis and all toys are kept in boxes or on shelves. The pool is open from 09:00 in the morning to 10:00 in the evening, which is...

This hotel reflects the town i.e. in need of refurbishment. The room we had was without a/c (I don't think there's any in the hotel) and was too hot even with a fan running & the window open making it difficult to sleep. Dear guest, There are no hotels in Sweden, outside the main cities, that have AC. Houses in Sweden are built to keep out the cold weather in winter not for the occasional hot day. You choose to visit Mora at a time when every hotel in the hole of this region has a 100% occupancy rate. This means that not...

My wife and I checked in Friday afternoon and checked out Monday morning. First, the journey: 1) From T-centralen to Mora. We travelled first class because it’s a much better experience – choice of reserved seats, more space, fewer people, more room at floor level for your cases. And, if you time your ticket purchase right, it doesn’t cost that...
