Stayed here for a week and can't fault it. Very professional staff in all areas of the hotel. Great ambiance with palm trees and plants. When we arrived (in the dark)we weren't convinced we'd come to the right place as very plush and shiny. Despite negative reviews seen here recently I can't fault it. The food is excellent and the...

Read lots of reviews on this hotel but went with an open mind. On arrival we were greeted by a rude receptionist, the other receptionist on duty on that evening(11th March) was lovely. Our room 1007 was very nice, over looking the bar but you couldnt hear any noise when the balcony door was shut. Room was clean and well...

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we had a great holiday. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The food was good and the desserts delicious! Something different every night, for example, Chinese, Mexican, Roast Beef along with the usual pastas, salads, etc. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful and could not...

Stayed for 4 nights in March. Public areas were all immaculate and clean and staff friendly enough. Room on the ground floor was in a quiet location, clean and well maintained. Plenty of sun loungers around the pools but lacking in parasols for shade. Handy small supermarket nearby and Maspolomas beach, shopping centre and numerous restaurants only 20 mins walk....
