1. Hotel Beautiful room, great view over gardens to sea. Wonderful shower! Gardens are very tranquil and very well maintained. Pool area excellent. No musak to interfere with area apart from short exercise session in pool which is very good. 2. Food & Drink For the most part we would rate as top notch. Good variety of food. Pretty much...

Having just returned from a week at this hotel. The hotel in my opinion was really good. The staff are lovely , and the food was superb. The room we had was a very good size. Having read previous negative reports about this hotel , I thought they were very unfair and unjustified. I could not praise the staff enough....

I SHALL BE RETURNING ON THE 26TH FEB 2017. I stayed at this hotel last year and had a wonderful stay. Staff so friendly, service so good, food great, could not have wished for better. As a first time solo traveller I was nervous, there was no need to worry staying at this hotel. It is situated in a super...

I've stayed here twice before and loved it. Arrived this evening and I'm in a room with no elevator access and it's just about big enough for a single bed. I'm very disappointed and probably won't risk another visit.

Great Location, we had a room 525 on the top floor, there is a hotel in front of you but you have the sun all day should you require. Really there is nothing we can say that is going to spoil your holiday, BUT, there is only 1 working electric point in the rooms, it would be so relaxing to...

Just back from a fabulous 7 day holiday. Like most of the other reviews say, the outside look of this hotel is not very good and there is a few small faults inside. The hotel is spotlessly clean and every member of staff were very helpful. Food was exceptionally good quality and plenty of variety at all times, we ate...

We stayed in this hotel two years ago. Enjoyed so much we are returning this year in October 2017. I will say there are more Germans there than any other nationality. But this didn't bother us. Staff were very helpful, food was nice rooms were lovely and clean. The general atmosphere of the hotel and crew was nice, friendly and...

“Ask for either a garden room or a room high up with a sea view.”

“Stayed on the ground floor overlooking the south gardens, as far from the pool as you can get (not our choice but keeps you fit walking back and forth). You can't walk out of the room onto the gardens (although there's a balcony you can climb over if you're fit) and there's also a secure gate out to the beach so safe enough. We'd use this hotel again if we visit Gran Canaria again, which is likely if we want to see the sun again.”
