We were allocated a 2 bed/ 3 Bathroomed Duplex Apartment which had the sun on the balcony overlooking the pool from late morning until late afternoon. Beautiful! The Kitchen had everything we needed, the towels and bed linen were changed regularly and the apartment was kept spotless. However, The Heights, The Hollywood Mirage and The Beverley Hills Suites were all...

Had a week here as a promotional introduction to timeshare, although it is now marketed differently as keys concierge. Just ordered a gin and tonic to be told that it was 9 euros 80, which is absolutely immoral. It stunned me, specially when you can buy a whole bottle for less than that 50 metres from the accommodation. I don't...

Travelled to this resort viia RCI Timeshare Exchange and had no worries as it had good reviews and a Gokd Crown Resort. The room we were allocated was very nice inside but on opening curtains could not see outside Balcony was actually inside the bar. Lovely size with table and four chairs and sun loungers but would never see the...

Staff are really friendly. Smallest of the sister hotels in the chain, but we think the best. Quiter, although it does have a life guard and organised entertainment. Suites are really comfy and modern.

Just spent a week here in February 2017. We talked with Richard, from Keys Concierge who was courteous and knowledgable about the hotel and surrounding area. Apartment was very clean and spacious. No real entertainment on site only one evening which you had to pay extra for. Shuttle bus is a must to Los Cristianos or Las Americas. Great way...

Our apartmento-room was virtually pool-side, but with a view towards the street rather than the pool itself. The hotel itself, constructed some 30 years ago, in the late-1980s but very well maintained, was peaceful but well provided with pool and other amenities. Thoroughly recommendable if you're booking independently -- but do avoid the promotional soft/hard sell staged by the Silverpoint/Keys...

Also free wifi Although there is a curtesy bus, its a bit of a drag up the steep hill if you miss the return trip....last bus was...

This complex is up a street called cardiac hill by most visitors...theres a reason for that! The apartment was clean but we found the set-up odd, the pool was in the middle of the complex surrounded by high apartment blocks so the sun was only available in short periods and you would have to be at the right side of...

Everything about this resort made our holiday perfect, particularly Richard Barnard who was most charming, Curtious and wonderfully friendly, his knowledge and information really helped us. The apartment was very beautiful and furnished with taste with a view of the sun setting whilst we sipped a glass of wine on the balcony and the pool area and restaurant were everything...
