Me and my family (2 adults & 3 kids) stayed here for 1 night, one family room and 1 double room. Rooms were spotless, well maintained and the bed was sooo comfy. Shower was amazing, felt like a little massage. Staff was great also. Would reccomend to all my family friends :-)

thank you to all concerned and especially Shaun the manager - as we were staying for a family funeral he made us feel welcome and eased a very sad time - with directions and advice we crossed from one side of the city to another with ease and were well on time

Booked this hotel months in advance for my daughters 11+ test so we got a bairgain. Stay in room 116 but the smell between cheesy feet and wet dog was awful. We had to keep windows open all night which didnt help much because it only made the room colder and blankets are very thin. I would not stay again...

Reception lady rude - Refused to give me extra towels saying you should have enough in your room. Did not believe me when told her 2 am regarding noise from people staying next door. After telling her second time , she eventually came to hear the noise and did something about it however asked me to move my vehicle then...

With the Toby next door (although not open before 8am for breakfast), plenty of (free) parking space, this us a good location just 5 miles from NEC and convenient for exploring the Birmingham area. Service was good and the rooms very comfortable at the bargain price end of the market.
