The room is comfort nice bed nice design good food, many facilities and activitiy. 3days 2nights just stay inside the resort feel relax in nature. Honey test drink taste good with perfect mixed and matched.

This resort was out of my expectation. From the time we arrived till we left the experienced was great. The environment was great and the staffs were all very friendly. From the manager to the floor staffs, this I give them 5 stars. The assistant manager, Wai Loon really accommodative. Activities was great. It's surrounded by nature and again it's great. Highly recommended!!!

Simple and rustic wellness getaway in a fruit plantation. Tranquil and relaxing! The spa is ample but not luxurious, with jacuzzi and cold pools! Food range is very simple with limited breakfast and lunch/dinner options. But the food is tasty. There’s a bird aviary which is beside the restaurant!

We had superb experience for our body, mind and soul! From free upgrade to garden villa in the green to free appetiting herbal drink; from guided orchard tour to tasting organic honey from beehives; from trying out speleotheraphy in himalayan salt crystal room to jacuzzi spa session; from enjoying sumptuous specially requested vegan breakfast to signature massage, we truly feel overwhelming over the experiences and gratitude towards all friendly and helpful staff within the resort. 2D1N is rather short for us to explore more activities and we surely will visit again!

Not enough staff.. Everything slow. Restaurant looks a bit like a canteen. The staff are nice, but doing too many jobs. Housekeeping also works at restaurant,also looks after karoeke room.. They cannot focus and all is slow.. The restaurant manager also does other work like manage team house. Ala cut menu is very poor choice and they charge RM8 for each bottle of mineral water at restaurant. The room bottle is limited to one per person per day Housekeeping is based on request..

I was looking forward to my stay after reading all the recent reviews. It did not meet my expectations. I booked a family villa with a private pool for my family of 5 (3 teens) 1. Room pros - Hugh room with clean beds (1 king, 1 double, and 1 single) - Hugh and clean toilet with toiletries provided Room cons - Dirty carpet and floor mats - comforter/duvet not provided for double bed and single bed. - private pool is not maintained 2. Facilities - library is musky and dusty. Books are old. The fridge with lollies is dirty. - swimming pool is big with a jacuzzi section under shelter. But the pool is also not well maintained. Algae can be found at the sides of the walls. Water is murky. - gym is well equipped but musky smell. - activities room has a foosball table but the ball is missing. Staff just said no balls. Lost. One carom board but untouched and not cleaned for a long time. 3. Restaurant - as mentioned by other reviewers, breakfast is served. - 3 course. One fruit platter, pastry plate, and main course (pasta). You can request additional eggs. Coffee, tea, juice are served. 4. Service - all the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff serving us. Overall, I would not return unless they refurbish or renovate the place and have better maintenance. …

I just bring my family there for a 2D1N relax retreat.We stay at 2bedroom garden villa attached with 2 bathroom and bath tub. 1) Staff The reservation staffs are professional and good response. The resort staffs are attentive and friendly. 2) Amenities Big swimming pool, jacuzzi & sauna,mini movie theater, gym room, indoor game room & library, 3) Food Our package is included breakfast and we order their dinner set during our stay. My family and I had a sumptuous dinner. =)

We checked in 2 D1N family villa with private pool. The staffs are attentive and friendly at the reception. However the amenities provided in the room are very limited. The breakfast very disappointed and limited choices. The price that we paid for the family villa is not worth the money.
