Great overnight stay in Bentong Wellness Resort for Family with friends in an orchard setting with various fruit trees including Musang King durian trees, surrounded by natural river with huge rock boulders and mini waterfalls. Kids have a nice swimming pool to keep them entertained while adults have a billiards table, mahjong tables and karaoke room to keep themselves occupied. Caretakers can provide meals upon request. Bring own beer, wine or other alcoholic drinks to keep the spirits up and this is a great weekend or short holiday destination.

Had a wonderful party night at this reasonable price and beautiful homestay!!! BBQ at the pool side, snooker, gaming machine, karaoke , 4 wheels mountain bike, and cute doggies ( queenie )❤️❤️❤️ All facilities is fine and the room is comfortable with latex bed .

We booked for 3D2N stay in this place and left after one miserable night there. We had a terrible stay at this so-called wellness resort. There's nothing 'wellness' about this ill-maintained and ill-managed place.
First, let's talk about the common kitchen cum dining area:
Floor is dirty and greasy. Flies are everywhere. Cigarrette ash on the stairs. We had to constantly guard our food when we were having our dinner in this area. The chest freezer had remnants of food left in unsanitary state by previous visitors. Meat left uncovered/unwrapped were just left inside the freezer, it seems no one had bothered to clear and clean it up in a while. Though possible to bring your own food and cook in this common kitchen, we lost all desire to do so after seeing the state of the kitchen.
There're no lifts to the rooms so rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor can only be accessed by stairs with very high steps, not suitable for young kids and old folks. Rooms are dim and one of the rooms we were first shown to had a noisy bathroom which we requested to change.
We then realised that there was no manager on-site. There was only a Filipino domestic helper who was overworked having to handle the cleaning of all the rooms and common facilities, and a male worker whose role we were not clear. Two other male workers worked in the farm which was not yielding any edibles.
There was another large group of guests during our stay and they were smoking, drinking alcohol and talking loudly. The greatest shock to our systems came when they came back from their dinner and when we had turned in for the night. This rowdy and intimidating group started blaring loud and noisy disco music and gambling and drinking in the common dining hall which was directly below our rooms, all the while talking very loudly. Since there was no manager on-site and the female domestic was back in her quarters, we were left to fend for ourselves. We had to approach this group, with much trepidation, to switch off the blaring music which took sone difficulty. Even after they eventually switched off the woofer speaker, the loud and rowdy voices continued into the wee hours. Somewhere in the middle of this, some of them tried to open my elderly parents' room door which woke them up and startled them and they could not go back to sleep for the rest of the night! Then, sometime around 3AM, there was a commotion and sounds of people quarrelling and fighting.
All these could have been prevented if rules were in place and a manager on-site to help us. There was neither.
We called the manager who accepted our booking, a person called Daniel, on the first day of our stay, to voice our unhappiness about the cleanliness of the place and also the other guests. He came by that evening, and we told him we wanted to cut short our stay to one night. He offered to refund us only half the amount for the 2nd night.
This place has failed in all aspects, from service to cleanliness, to assurance of well-being and safety of guests. Should not be operating anymore till it's been cleaned up and better hospitality policies put in place.
